呢間位於灣仔同銅鑼灣中間嘅餐廳,專門打做葡國菜,今日專程嚟試試。一眼望埋去個Menu,最吸引人一定係個招牌海鮮拼盤$488,所以叫左個。另外叫多左兩個主菜:非洲雞 $138同紅酒燴牛尾$178再叫埋個兒時回憶火焰雪山,應該都幾完滿。先嚟個海鮮拼盤,估唔到佢二人份都幾大份,裡面包括龍蝦一大隻,兩隻掌心大鮑魚,蟹一隻,蝦貝類數隻,最精采係啲象拔蚌仔,細細隻好鮮味。全部海鮮都幾新鮮。但最重要係佢哋既服務,今時今日係香港食嘢都無咩服務要求。但呢間餐廳出奇地好服務,換碟換得好密,而且每道菜一道一道上,唔會一次過一兩碟一齊出搞到啲嘢凍晒。第二道係燴牛尾,牛尾炆得夠軟身又入味。非洲雞最讚唔係隻雞,係啲外皮炸得好脆嘅薯條。最後終於到我最期待嘅火燒雪山儀式,但最神奇係裡面有三球雪糕,仲有個幾好味嘅蛋糕底。呢餐真係非常滿足。
