今日食咗呢間野,食到成肚氣,想同大家分享一下咩事,大致上可以分為兩方面既問題。第一,職員態度愛理不理,明明成個場都冇乜人坐,當有人黎既時候,個職員就特登搭佢落我同屋企人張枱度。第二,到嘢食質素問題,話說我叫咗個沙薑豬手,就求其搵啲豬手碎撈埋啲芫茜蒜頭就算,仲要成碗都係骨。屋企人再叫咗個剁椒蒸魚雲,上菜果陣個魚頭凍冰冰又腥。之後叫咗個脆皮豆腐,皮唔脆,凍冰冰仲要冇味。由此可見呢間野有幾咁伏同垃圾,唔好幫襯。

開業幾個月左右,見多人幫趁又算平,所以趁父親節將至成家人去食飯,套餐2千幾包飲品都算經濟,另外再加多2味餸,分別係薑葱筒𧐢同燒乳鴿,坐低冇耐d餸就"磡磡"聲咁送上,食都食唔切咁滯上面張相係食到中後期影的(仲剩好多餸),原因係我想介紹下:套餐菜瓜多,好大碟,但全部淡,冇味,連𧐢油蚊鴨掌冬菇都係淡而冇味娃娃菜,以往食親我都覺得呢款菜甜的,都可以煮到冇味;燒乳鴿,好似林哂咁,薑葱筒𧐢煲仔上,又係有別於我以往食果d咁,完全唔覺爆過,好似蛤熟d𧐢放d薑葱撈埋一煲比你食咁,完全冇獲氣。。。所以我有理由相信,上菜快既原因係所有食材已經一早整定,收到order再逐様拼埋一碟連燒味也可以食剩埋單三千多塊,雖然平你會話將貨就價,但真係食唔落囉,我寧願貴小小唔洗咁大碟但食得落口囉。。。。

娃娃菜,以往食親我都覺得呢款菜甜的,都可以煮到冇味;燒乳鴿,好似林哂咁,薑葱筒𧐢煲仔上,又係有別於我以往食果d咁,完全唔覺爆過,好似蛤熟d𧐢放d薑葱撈埋一煲比你食咁,完全冇獲氣。。。
所以我有理由相信,上菜快既原因係所有食材已經一早整定,收到order再逐様拼埋一碟

連燒味也可以食剩
埋單三千多塊,雖然平你會話將貨就價,但真係食唔落囉,我寧願貴小小唔洗咁大碟但食得落口囉。。。。

2018年6月3日。晴。北角。呢間酒樓已經轉過幾次手,前兩手啲食物質素都唔多掂今次接手嘅富港都幾揼本,有裝修過,加上開業無耐,感覺上都企理乾淨大廳光猛新淨試過飲早茶,非常抵食,而且味道唔錯之前飲完早茶見到晚市任飲任食打邊爐嘅海報,諗住搵日試下$138呢個價錢好吸引星期日晚,見人腳ok,於是打去book枱訂咗6點半,限時2個鐘落到去唔多人,酒樓大廳劃咗三分一位來俾人打邊爐湯底有幾款揀,除咗打邊爐仲可以揀雞煲揀咗沙爹鴛鴦湯底兩邊個湯底都淡茂茂,零沙爹味。。。聞到隔離個藥膳醉雞鍋香好多,或者揀雞煲都應該好好多等緊湯底嘅時候就過去雪櫃睇下有咩野食有菜有菇,選擇都幾多嘅推介嘅係下格嘅蝦,一兜有4隻,大大隻,爽脆唔霉,超級新鮮,落鍋嘅時候仲識郁(雖然有啲殘忍),絶對係回本之選!!肥牛,肉色睇落好似麻麻地,食落又ok內臟唔啱食,無法評論,最右邊嘅牛柳唔新鮮,食返肥牛保險啲呢啲乜滑乜滑都唔太新鮮,仲要一啲都唔彈牙,失望飲品除咗有樂天嘅忌廉牛奶、蘆薈果汁嗰啲之外,有哈爾濱啤酒同必備嘅百事七喜總結,要食唔可以點沙爹鍋,同埋齋食蝦回本!
