行過銅鑼灣搵野食,見到呢間野寫住It’s fuh not pho好似幾得意,就行左去試。都知道佢應該係食越南野。晚上8點唔算好多人,入面裝修都好試正,有落地玻璃窗望到大街馬路,感覺都好開揚。睇落個menu都算好多選擇,小食有好多款式,一般咩炸蝦餅,紙米卷,炸扎肉通通齊全。佢有樣幾好就係每樣款式口味都算好多,好似湯粉,撈檬咁,每樣都有好多口味,生熟牛唔在講,雞絲豬扒連A4和牛都有得揀,不得了。我地兩人食就揀左個特上小食拼盤,雞肉,春卷蝦餅,炸扎肉,扎肉卷,仲有個叫做椒鹽炸軟殼蟹,聽落都幾鬼得意。主食就叫左生熟牛肉金邊粉,雞絲撈檬。另外叫左個扎肉紙米卷,野飲當然唔少得就係越南滴漏咖啡。不得不提佢個menu仲有版係專門素食,好有心!小食拼盤首先上場,仲有兩款醬汁配搭,一款係泰式辣醬,另外一款似係他他辣醬。蝦餅炸得鬆脆蝦肉爽口,椒鹽軟殼蟹好惹味,仲有啲風沙蒜頭,好夾。另外炸扎肉同埋炸紫米卷都好脆口。生熟牛湯金邊粉,個湯底好濃郁好入味,仲有香料配搭埋有香茅好新鮮好清新,牛肉煮得唔會過分老,有生熟之分。雞絲撈檬,睇落似係一般簡單嘅食物,但黎到會有驚喜,碗撈檬嚟到見到有好多配料,有炸蒜炸洋蔥有蔥花,

生熟牛湯金邊粉,個湯底好濃郁好入味,仲有香料配搭埋有香茅好新鮮好清新,牛肉煮得唔會過分老,有生熟之分。
雞絲撈檬,睇落似係一般簡單嘅食物,但黎到會有驚喜,碗撈檬嚟到見到有好多配料,有炸蒜炸洋蔥有蔥花,最緊要係雞絲本身有撈過麻醬唔會太單調好入味,另外仲有蘿蔔絲生菜絲咬落佢會好爽口。
扎肉紫米卷,咪卷啲皮好薄望,落去都見到晶凝通透,而且都有咬口。最令我欣賞嘅係佢個醬汁配搭,望落似一般麻醬,但其實味道似係調味過嘅沙嗲醬,呢個配搭感覺好新鮮,特別係成舊米卷其實本身都淡口,配上沙嗲醬感覺煥然一新!

本身冇乜期待咁行入去食間越南野,點知出到嚟都幾開心,佢係一啲細緻位都做得唔錯,味道都有煥然一新嘅感覺,下次行開銅鑼灣唔知食乜好都可以嚟再試一次!

一向有留意開熊貓嘅各位,其實都知道熊貓好鍾意食麵。但係熊貓有時覺得約人哋食飯,因為食麵好似俾人一種好速食的感覺。不過熊貓最近就發覺到一間,高質嘅越南美食,而且佢嘅越南粉都好高質。呢間越南餐廳位於鵝頸橋附近,店舖裝修得很舒服,環境很不錯,很適合與朋友一起來談天說地。當然食物還是重點,各位朋友如果好似我咁鍾意食牛,一定要點這個特色牛湯粉。入面材料非常吸引,包括了幾種唔同種類嘅牛肉,牛丸,牛柏葉等。份量很多不在話下,最緊要牛肉是非常高質,大家不容錯過。小食拼盤亦是重點推介之一,這店的特色是,可以按照個人份量而選二人或者三人的拼盤。這個特色蝦春卷特別好吃,是必點推介。飲品方面,亦有很多選擇。我和朋友分別選了青檸梳打和椰青。和三五知己聚餐,不一定要去吃西餐,內地很高質舒適的越南餐廳便是一個很好的選擇。下次朋友聚會,我也會再來光顧。

一向有留意開熊貓嘅各位,其實都知道熊貓好鍾意食麵。但係熊貓有時覺得約人哋食飯,因為食麵好似俾人一種好速食的感覺。不過熊貓最近就發覺到一間,高質嘅越南美食,而且佢嘅越南粉都好高質。

不久之前去了越南🇻🇳, 今次就在香港吃越南菜~ 這裡環境不錯, 地方闊落, 可以和一班朋友來吃晚飯。餐牌上的食物款式都幾多, 有湯麵、撈檬、小食、飲品等等。點了一個柚子鮮蝦沙律和朋友一起分享。我們自己分別點了特別牛湯粉、素菜湯粉。飲品方面, 點了一杯新鮮椰青和一杯牛油果奶昔。牛油果奶昔 🥑 — 質感很creamy, 飲品的牛奶味較為突出。柚子鮮蝦沙律 🥗 — 大大份的, 裏面有柚子、沙律菜和大蝦, 鮮蝦質感爽口鮮甜, 份量很多, 柚子酸酸甜甜, 幾開胃, 是不錯的前菜。素菜湯粉裏面有素肉、冬菇、時菜, 裏面亦有芽菜作配料。我選擇了要金邊粉做麵底, 另外亦加入了牛筋片。金邊粉的份量非常多, 好像吃極也吃不完似的。牛筋片幾爽口, 素肉幾入味。特別牛湯粉 — 選擇了要河粉做麵底, 亦額外加入了扎肉。

好耐無食過生牛肉河,今晚同朋友兩個試下依間fuhn。基本上每張枱都叫左碗生牛肉河,當然我哋都吾例外,叫左一碗大嘅happy share。好大一碗,先飲一啖湯,湯底充滿牛肉味,牛肉都好好食。值得一讚嘅系,佢啲配菜辣椒切得夠薄,方便入口,夾埋芽菜,葱一齊食,加小小辣椒醬,酸酸辣辣好開胃。朋友叫左豬頸肉撈檬,又系勁大一碗,豬頸肉切條炸,食得出系即叫即炸,仲好熱辣辣,而且咬落保留到肉汁,加上小小炸蒜,好香口,推介!另外叫左個軟殼蟹牛油果沙律,勁大一份,沙律菜好新鮮,上面有兩只即炸嘅軟殼蟹,哈哈,我同個fd吾洗爭,一人一只,正!飲品方面,朋友叫左一個椰青,我叫左一杯牛油果奶昔,啖啖牛油果香,賣飛佛!依間餐廳嘅嘢食份量大大份而且味道真系幾吾錯,下次同朋友食嘢都會再嚟。

今日去左銅鑼灣上堂,上完堂已經2:30超肚餓,非常快咁去搵間餐廳食個飯。一出大廈,行一陣見到有座食肆餐廳臨立既大廈。上面全部都係餐廳,我就入去搵間餐廳食個飯啦。我最愛越南粉,1樓就係Fuhn啦!我叫左生熟牛肉金邊粉,再追加牛肉!牛肉超正,牛味極濃極香嫩,生牛肉馬上浸入牛骨湯入面。牛肉香嫩份量非常多,加上芽菜、香葉和青檸,湯底非常滋味。牛骨湯清甜,完全唔油膩!金邊粉爽口。我再加點一個椰青,清甜香口。

I have encouraged myself to try this restaurant who claimed like North America style Vietnamese food. I was somewhat disappointed. But I must say this is probably one of the best HK. But cannot even come close to the Vietnamese I used to have in Toronto. The taste and condiments served is not really authentic. The style is very close to London UK Vietnamese. So, the owner shouldn’t make such a strong claimed when he doesn’t know what he is serving.

收工約朋友食飯,順便去銅鑼灣行街買嘢, 呢間專食越南嘢嘅Fuhn一向水準唔錯,而且坐得舒服。單單係湯粉都已經有好多款式,有必食嘅牛肉,亦有素菜選擇,啱曬唔同人口味。不過女仔嘅胃口比較細我哋就嗌咗兩碗大嘅生熟牛河share,再加啲小食。居然仲有埋甜品,正!同去越南一樣,有芽菜、香菜嘅配料,食落非常正宗。而主角嘅生牛河亦都非常出色,香濃嘅牛骨湯底,配上嫩滑嘅生牛肉, 味道非常之夾,而且仲有好香濃嘅肉味。牛油雞翼同樣唔錯,炸得脆卜卜,而且好香蒜蓉牛油味,非常惹味。雞翼咬開仲有肉汁,保留到雞肉嘅嫩滑。小食拼盤相當豐富,有札肉腸、蝦餅、春捲、軟殼蟹、雞翼等等,每樣都有兩件,好適合大班人share, 尤其蝦餅炸得好香脆,入面嘅蝦滑亦好彈牙,必食。柚子蜜梳打非常解渴,清新開胃,最啱食完香口嘢之後飲。白桃沙冰亦都好啱女仔, 酸酸甜甜,好香果味。以銅鑼灣嚟講,價錢亦都算合理,而且坐得舒服,一大班人傾計聚會都唔錯。
