朋友介紹咗呢間越南餐廳俾我話好得。今日經過就上咗去試下點好法。餐廳唔起眼係1/F,但係都有個大玻璃望到條街。餐廳sell係北美風味嘅越南菜,炒粉、撈粉、湯粉、飯通通都有。叫咗個特別少少美國安格斯生牛肉粉配焗牛筒骨,一上枱支牛骨已經霸曬成個大湯碗,撩咗少少試咸咸香香嘅牛味。講返個個北美風味,原來係食嘢時候落D海鮮醬同埋士拉差辣椒醬一齊食,我裝咗一碗仔試,都幾特別,不過我鍾意加返幾滴魚露一齊食嘅傳統食法另外我見佢有越南啤酒仲可以加咸檸檬,見咁特別,開頭飲冇乜分別,但係當啤酒個溫度上升返,就飲得出一浸鹹檸檬嘅味。

速食,所以只叫左碗粉-火車頭,首先,睇佢比個碟芽菜香葉就知間餐廳對食物認唔認真定是是但但,有相睇,自行評價。湯無乜味嘅,牛栢葉爭啲咬唔開,自稱有腩邊但我估來料比錯左佢掛,牛筋就好似無味啫喱咁,夾硬食咗一舊,自稱有牛展但唔覺眼,生牛肉就正正常常但當然唔會有牛味,但起碼無雪味,最後係牛丸,係最好食嘅餸,好在。食完速速埋單走人,無下次。

Fuhn 一直都是我的中午飯堂,每次去都會點美國安格斯生牛肉湯粉 (HKD78),吃前記得先喝一口湯,湯頭顏色不算很深但入口香濃,嘗到陣陣牛骨香,牛肉吃起來口感軟嫩而湯粉也很滑順。香茅豬扒飯配太陽蛋 (HKD88) 的豬扒酥香份量足,配上蔥油吃特別香,是個好選擇。鹹蛋黃薯條 (HKD35) 帶有酥脆感,美中不足的是鹹蛋黃都放在頂層而沒有混合在薯條中。飲品方面個人推薦牛油果奶昔 (HKD52),質感不算豐厚,但有香濃牛油果味道,不太甜又不太膩,這價錢有一大杯真的很化算!蝦頭油炒通菜 (HKD78)
