我們7大兩小,用了17樣菜和點心。先說點心,是新鮮,亦算是色香味俱全的。應是即蒸嘅,而且夠晒熱。燒味呢... 燒腩夠脆,但油脂層略厚。 叉燒是用厚切方式上碟,顏色賣相不俗。對年輕人來說,口感爽,應是不錯的;對老人家來說,有筋位,所以有點韌,口感不好。碌鵝賣相可以,口味較濃,但對我們所有人來說都過鹹。沙薑雞賣相和味道不過不失。服務方面... 環境是舒適的,但無形中,服務員的急快會難讓人感到完全放鬆和舒懷。不太小心,因漏了已點的三樣項目。人手不夠及時照顧每一圍(這叫人有點失望,因此酒樓收費明顯較一般酒樓高,另外位處和內格調都算是有特別要求,我們8人下午點的都算是中上菜,我感到應該可以有更好的體驗)。總的來說,性價比略為不合。 continue reading

新來了星級大廚第一次係門口海鮮價錢都幾合理,試左一次之後翻唔到轉頭,想食海鮮就諗起海福樓。 門口d 海鮮幾特別, 建議不要只睇菜單, 直接叫伙記去門口海鮮水缸到簡海鮮, 新鮮,零零丁丁一隻瀨尿蝦好鬼大隻新鮮,不過我地覺得太大隻太飽了,最後無叫到。 粉絲炒蟹煲, $498 一隻一煲, 粉絲干身不油, 個鉗正, 最大啖兩個鉗 沙姜雞係一個特別既煮法,係濕的。同平時食野唔同,係沙姜汁雞,一打開蓋好香, 雞肉滑。依到環境好似私房菜咁 每張台之間隔好遠 , 都一樣會睇到電視。 continue reading

話說最近食厭咗西餐,挺愛吃中菜部長介紹咗佢哋店舖嘅推介,都幾值得一試,味道濃郁,精緻又好食蜜汁燒鱔球食得就用咗新鮮嘅白鱔做到好似球一樣魚無骨,而且外脆內滑蜜汁加梅醬濃味,食落好香甜,好有特色又好好味蜜餞叉燒皇唔會肥,用左黑白土豬梅頭肉秘制叉燒汁醃製兩日先再用烤爐燒烤加上佢用咗麥芽糖,食落好香甜而且肉質唔會乾身,喺呢度嘅主打菜當紅脆皮燒雞 用左龍崗雞,用咗佢哋自家製嘅調味料同埋蒜醃製秘製嘅炸雞水同埋風乾之後再油炸,工序繁複難怪咁好食雞滑嫩皮香脆多汁配蝦片 脆到有聲,忍唔住食完再食桃茸生汁蝦球用咗合桃茸包住啲蝦再炸,再加上沙律醬蝦香同大粒厚肉肉,配搭沙律醬感覺好清新因為炸嘅關係都好香口,蝦配合合桃茸第一次食但係估唔到都幾夾魚湯鮮茄雲耳浸時蔬菜嫩口爽甜,蕃茄唔會過淋 魚湯有少少蕃茄味又唔咸,令我更愛吃櫻花蝦叉燒炒飯櫻花蝦好香,加入左招牌叉燒粒同埋蔥花炒,食落去唔會好乾身而且好香安格斯牛肉乾炒河粉乾炒牛河食得多,用安格斯牛肉炒咁高級真係第一次,轉左安格斯牛肉食落去肉嫩,河粉又唔會好油,令到普通嘅乾炒牛河變得高級更出色荔茸西米焗布甸去到尾聲當然要食返個甜品🍮試咗當天嘅西米焗布甸,有少少意外驚喜,雖然食到好飽但係都忍唔住食咗好多原因係因為佢個底係好足料既新鮮蓮蓉同埋荔茸,上面就係西米同布甸外皮因為燒過嘅關係仲有焦糖嘅色,我真係超鍾意食 continue reading
