我們7大兩小,用了17樣菜和點心。先說點心,是新鮮,亦算是色香味俱全的。應是即蒸嘅,而且夠晒熱。燒味呢... 燒腩夠脆,但油脂層略厚。 叉燒是用厚切方式上碟,顏色賣相不俗。對年輕人來說,口感爽,應是不錯的;對老人家來說,有筋位,所以有點韌,口感不好。碌鵝賣相可以,口味較濃,但對我們所有人來說都過鹹。沙薑雞賣相和味道不過不失。服務方面... 環境是舒適的,但無形中,服務員的急快會難讓人感到完全放鬆和舒懷。不太小心,因漏了已點的三樣項目。人手不夠及時照顧每一圍(這叫人有點失望,因此酒樓收費明顯較一般酒樓高,另外位處和內格調都算是有特別要求,我們8人下午點的都算是中上菜,我感到應該可以有更好的體驗)。總的來說,性價比略為不合。

一家八口食生日飯,93歲婆婆同家姐後到但被員工拒入內因為沒有手機,沒法出示安心出行,我們告知員工政府指引是老人超過65歲可以填資料代替安心出行apps,亦出示政府公告文件给她,她仍拒絕因為是公司規定,原來一家生日宴便失望收塲,本人同婆婆去過不少餐廳用膳,得到非常友善接受解釋及出示政府文件,唯獨此酒樓傲有慢無知的員工及公司指引,希望其他餐廳引此為鑑。

疫情肆虐之下 食肆經營慘淡 顧客不多 就像今日我去了黃埔這店 祇有三四枱客人 簡直慘不忍睹店的門前放有秦俑像 裝修簡單明亮 牆上邊掛有多部液晶電視 播放著國內地方的風景 早午市點心選擇不多 收費比一般的酒樓略貴 2個人要了4款點心和1款小食 其中最好味的是百花蒸釀魚肚 魚肚十分厚 切成長方形塊 釀上鮮的蝦膠 造型漂亮又好味沙茶金錢肚 惹味又不太鹹 配上軟糯的金錢肚 正臘腸卷 不過不失鴻運燒賣王 造型略差 個頭較細 不吸引金沙涼瓜 鹹蛋夠香 可惜外層的漿粉有點厚 而涼瓜不是條狀 是厚圓形 中心點鹹蛋香味不夠 口感稍差綜合來說 環境服務都可以 少少失誤可以接受呢

沙茶金錢肚 惹味又不太鹹 配上軟糯的金錢肚 正
臘腸卷 不過不失
鴻運燒賣王 造型略差 個頭較細 不吸引
金沙涼瓜 鹹蛋夠香 可惜外層的漿粉有點厚 而涼瓜不是條狀 是厚圓形 中心點鹹蛋香味不夠 口感稍差
綜合來說 環境服務都可以 少少失誤可以接受呢

一直無為意原來九號水産有間酒樓,午市飲茶點心價錢拍得住隔離酒店中菜廳!不過我就覺得海福樓點心質素高質好多(除非海雲天點心放題質素有別於散叫拉~)花雕醉鮑魚 $68好香酒味但唔會太濃,鮑魚有咬口但唔會覺韌,超正!蟹肉瑤柱灌湯餃 $48好大隻灌湯餃好足料,仲有竹笙,賣相同味道都掂。蜜餞叉燒皇 $158肉質又腍又嫩,少少外脆內軟,正!晶瑩鮮蝦餃 $48香菇滑燒賣 $45蝦餃燒賣都係飲茶必叫點心,唔算好特別,但蝦餃皮薄餡多,燒賣足料啖啖肉。百花蒸釀魚肚 $48呢個正呀!好大件魚肚,面頭好厚一層花枝膠,彈牙加上軟腍腍,口感豐富。竹笙上素齋腸 $48第一次食齋腸但一啲都唔齋,賣相幾靚,餡料都多,有蘿蔔絲,竹笙,冬菇等等。鳳城鮮蝦粉果 $48蜜汁叉燒酥 $48呢兩個都好食,不過對比其他點心稍為普通。
