To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本身住附近成日同我男朋友去富臨打邊爐每人都係70蚊左右又好食!!不過衰係衰在佢d酸梅湯唔係咁好飲整體上口黎講都唔錯! =]

我是去安達中心果間的,親友擺壽酒訂左兩圍,是晚菜式如下原籠花彫生蝦:無特別大紅乳豬全體:皮幾脆,又唔太肥翡翠碧綠花枝蚌片:西芹和花枝片,一般黃金海鮮卷:好夠熱,仲有蝦,唔錯紅燒竹笙雞絲翅:一般,唔多夠味蠔皇花膠扣鵝掌:好味道,花膠好多,但個汁如果唔係咁杰好好多清蒸大海斑:無食,唔知味道脆皮炸子雞:雪野,唔好食生炒糯米飯:無食,唔知味道金瑤炆伊麵:即係金菇,麻麻唔多夠味精美甜品:紅豆沙,都煲得幾夠, 起沙的,但豆太少,唔好食富臨桃包:都幾好食,當然東海最好啦環球鮮果盆:西瓜和哈蜜瓜,唔掂,唔好食服務唔錯,只是不明白為何飲品,只會加可樂,橙汁和七喜全晚也沒有添飲

兩人在旺茶樓,搭檯是必然。能吃的不多,只叫了大桃包、燒賣皇和時菜:大桃包比鴻星的大和小色素,甜度、軟度也適中;燒賣皇貫徹了「慢工」出「細」貨的原則,也熱得燙嘴;時菜是西生菜,果真白烚(油鹽也少),正對脾胃。飲的是香片,濃香且澀。早些年頭,飲茶仍是三代聚首的好晨光;晨光雖不復再,但歡樂與日俱增。

呢間一d都唔起眼的酒樓,原來都幾大,同埋裝修都算唔錯(相對一般酒樓黎講)。是日同朋友共10人一齊打邊爐,2個半鐘頭任食。我地要左冶味鴛鴦湯底,一邊係清湯底,一邊係麻辣湯底(對於我呢個唔食得辣的人黎講真係好辣,雖然一眾朋友都話好味,我都係堅持食清湯底o個邊^^)推薦的食物有:肥牛,魚皮,墨魚丸(好新鮮),魚皮餃,枝竹,包心丸,花枝片,山根。服務較好,有叫必應。同埋d野真係跟番點菜紙tick幾碟就黎幾碟,唔會好似有d火鍋店求其亂o甘俾,呢樣值得加分。10人埋單700幾,抵食^^。

係"大酒店"幫完手,主人家拉大隊黎呢度食宵夜。等左大半個鐘就有野食,嘩.....好豐富!!先黎燒味拼盤,再黎蝦球炒西芹、鮑魚小棠菜、鼎湖上素、豬頸肉炒芥蘭、瑤柱蛋白炒飯、炆魚煲+魚片粥。話時話呢度d菜式又真係幾好味,蝦球大大隻又爽,小棠菜好甜,芥蘭好幼嫩,連炒飯都好炒得好香而且少油,真係幾好。送左2 jar酸梅湯、竹蔗汁,不過收得人咁貴,用多少少心機煲一煲蔗水都不為過丫,而家只係用竹蔗茅根精開水! -_-"埋單千幾蚊,暫時黎講係自己食得最豪既宵夜;講真呢度食物係幾好,但無乜特別事,應該都唔會黎呢頭飲茶食飯咯。
