To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 無咩寫食評,但真係唔想有其他受害者,所以都寫返篇食評啦。廚師中咗COVID所以味覺有事?所有食物都咸到死,呀,我知啦,因為啲食材唔新鮮,咪用咸味去遮囉。人生在世,食一餐少一餐,勸大家諗清楚先好去食嘢。呀,又或者你想測試自己嘅腎功能,都可以去食嘅。同員工講個湯好很咸,個員工同經理講,個經理話之你,連埋枱「沙林」都無呀,點幫得落。湯咸、菜咸、唔新鮮,龍蝦無味、炸蝦球燶嘅。可能會有人challenge相都無張你講乜都得,但想話,咁難食,真係連影張相嘅動力都無。咪整污糟我album添呀。
