經openrice 訂座, 到達的時候大廳只有我們一枱客, 他們還有VIP房, 我們被安排坐在一張圓枱卡位, 十分舒適, 我們只有兩個人, 所以只叫了兩碟餸菜, 而我地既選擇亦十分正確, 雖然單價偏高但份量十足, 食到捧住個肚走, 我地叫左荔茸香酥鴨同花膠瑤柱炆伊麵, 荔茸香酥鴨 - 外脆內軟,鴨件無骨甘香啖啖肉再配合已調味的軟綿芋泥,味道可口,雖然此餸為油炸,都會令人一件又一件放入口。加上此種餸菜乃功夫菜,真係買少見少。花膠瑤柱炆伊麵(無影相) - 唔知伊麵係唔係因為本身油定好吸油, 好多時候食炆伊麵都會食到成口油, 但呢個唔會, 食到有一粒粒切碎左既花膠之餘, 花膠既味道亦都滲入左D伊麵度, 令成個伊麵充滿鮮味而不是死鹹。整體而言,兩度餸菜皆是有水準之作,值得再次幫襯。

先前係呢間試過中午飲茶,點心唔錯,又有折頭👍今日再試吓晚飯小菜。係Openrice訂位,有8折仲有Asia miles,即刻訂位。一行6人準時到達,叫了乳鴿、湯、蔥雞煲、豆腐和另外兩款菜式。菜式陸續送上,不單馳名乳鴿,樣樣菜式都好好味道,特別是鐵板百花豆腐,熱辣辣,豆腐又滑;蔥雞煲嘅雞雖然少了些,但勝在勁多蔥,夠晒香味🤩食飽飽,仲有糖水送。惟一就係價錢貴咗少少,如果晚飯折扣可以多番少少,就肯定會經常幫襯😁

新的楓林小館位於銅鑼灣, 但地點還是舊店一出大圍地鐵站來得方便, 有老闆的兒子及舊店老師傅一齊經營, 於我而言, 最重要還是吃她的紅燒乳鴿, 在大圍的原店, 是我在香港吃過最出色的. 新店的依然保持其肉質酥香多汁, 只是外皮不夠脆, 外表色調有點暗紅, 始終要找好質素的乳鴿越來越難, $78一隻來說我覺得還好, 如果享受一手拿着整隻乳鴿的霸氣, 可以選擇免切. 另一道名菜茘芋香酥鴨荔泥香滑, 鴨皮比乳鴿來得香脆, 而且帶有豬油香味, 是正宗的做法, 因為豬油有凝固食材的功能, 當然吃下去就很有罪惡感了!

其實中菜我都好鍾意食,因為最近食得多西餐、出去同朋友食飯都選擇左食中餐。今次我地就去左銅鑼灣同灣仔交界好出名嘅【楓林小館】。 芥末秋葵:非常新鮮爽口嘅秋葵搭配芥末豉油,非常開胃清爽嘅一道頭盤燒乳鴿:楓林小館最出名嘅嘢食、當然二話不說一人叫一隻啦。燒得剛剛好、非常鮮嫩、又唔會太鹹!豉汁煎封蝦膠釀豆腐:鐵板上、非常新鮮熱辣。豉汁味唔會太重、好鮮嫩!香辣臊子稻庭烏冬:呢個汁偏辣、肉碎偏酸。不過烏冬好滑。如果鍾意食酸辣可以嘗試、但接受唔到其中一樣可能就唔係太適合啦!

原先我叫<<燒汁爆牛仔柳>>($158)係冇特別嘅expectation嘅😂點知竟然有萵笋片喺底喎! Surprised!!!!!勁好食!! 又爽又入味😭我一個人食晒🤫牛柳都係好腍好入味~掛汁添㗎😌好飽但食淨咗幾塊...唔想浪費...打包俾幾個一齊開會嘅朋友仔食~就算變咗微溫大家都話好食🤗可想而知熱辣辣嘅時候佢係幾咁好食🤤

夜晚9點幾行開銅鑼灣有點肚餓,咁啱見到楓林小館,唸住上去食小小野。過了晚飯時間的楓林小館人唔算多,我自己一個人上來食,呢間餐廳的裝潢好有中國特色,服務也很好,一開始就問我飲咩茶,我選了香片,來左碟花生,但其實可以唔要的,只之後點了一碟泡椒鳳爪,一碗黑松露滑雞石鍋飯。泡椒鳳爪真係好入味,辣辣地真係好過癮,而黑松露滑雞石鍋飯係超熱辣辣,剛剛上鍋咁,好大陣黑松露味,好香,石鍋飯好正宗,仲有好多飯焦,好正。慢慢時,慢慢飲茶,呢間收11點,環境又舒適舒服,見到好多生意人係度傾生意傾計,係食物偏貴,適合傾生意人士。

泡椒鳳爪真係好入味,辣辣地真係好過癮,而黑松露滑雞石鍋飯係超熱辣辣,剛剛上鍋咁,好大陣黑松露味,好香,石鍋飯好正宗,仲有好多飯焦,好正。

楓林小館嘅廚房果然好得,好多大師傅都有大圍店請返過嚟銅鑼灣新店幫手,所以可以食到經典嘅水準!
