楓林小館楓林小館是大圍廣東菜名店,殺出新界在港島開店,理應有其實力。點了三個餸菜,等了一會,侍應走過來問我們,乳鴿到了沒有,為何那麼久還未來。但其實他可以看看空空如也的桌面便知道。我們無奈地回答他:乳鴿未到啊...尷尬mode哈哈。正當心𥚃有少許疑惑食物質素時,餸菜上碟了。紅燒乳鴿果然是這店的招牌菜,皮脆肉嫩,肉計豐盈,香噴噴,很久沒品嘗過好吃的乳鴿了,兒時的味道!欖角冰梅骨,用上嫩滑的梅頭豬肉,炸後將欖角和梅子醬與排骨,酸酸甜甜,香、脆、軟之合體,另一道上乘之作。沒有拍照的鮮百合准山炒蓮藕片,素菜大匯合,食材新鮮,很清新的感覺!最後還送了芝蔴糊給我們。廣東菜應有的鮮和細緻,這間大致都做到。環境更是中菜館之中難得的清靜,整體用膳感覺良好呢!

經openrice 訂座, 到達的時候大廳只有我們一枱客, 他們還有VIP房, 我們被安排坐在一張圓枱卡位, 十分舒適, 我們只有兩個人, 所以只叫了兩碟餸菜, 而我地既選擇亦十分正確, 雖然單價偏高但份量十足, 食到捧住個肚走, 我地叫左荔茸香酥鴨同花膠瑤柱炆伊麵, 荔茸香酥鴨 - 外脆內軟,鴨件無骨甘香啖啖肉再配合已調味的軟綿芋泥,味道可口,雖然此餸為油炸,都會令人一件又一件放入口。加上此種餸菜乃功夫菜,真係買少見少。花膠瑤柱炆伊麵(無影相) - 唔知伊麵係唔係因為本身油定好吸油, 好多時候食炆伊麵都會食到成口油, 但呢個唔會, 食到有一粒粒切碎左既花膠之餘, 花膠既味道亦都滲入左D伊麵度, 令成個伊麵充滿鮮味而不是死鹹。整體而言,兩度餸菜皆是有水準之作,值得再次幫襯。

新的楓林小館位於銅鑼灣, 但地點還是舊店一出大圍地鐵站來得方便, 有老闆的兒子及舊店老師傅一齊經營, 於我而言, 最重要還是吃她的紅燒乳鴿, 在大圍的原店, 是我在香港吃過最出色的. 新店的依然保持其肉質酥香多汁, 只是外皮不夠脆, 外表色調有點暗紅, 始終要找好質素的乳鴿越來越難, $78一隻來說我覺得還好, 如果享受一手拿着整隻乳鴿的霸氣, 可以選擇免切. 另一道名菜茘芋香酥鴨荔泥香滑, 鴨皮比乳鴿來得香脆, 而且帶有豬油香味, 是正宗的做法, 因為豬油有凝固食材的功能, 當然吃下去就很有罪惡感了!

大圍名牌菜館.樓面非常友善服務好👍🏻.我哋有叫生炒糯米飯之後先生有提醒我們怕我們叫太多食唔曬要打包貼心服務👍🏻 乳鴿必不可少水準保持如一皮脆肉嫩有汁👍🏻脆皮雞都幾好味只喺覺得熟咗啲👌🏻蝦子柚皮非常出色😋生炒糯米飯正又夠味我懷疑有少少豬油成份所以飯特別有光檡及香氣😋薑汁炒芥蘭Ok.甜品喳喳好味唔太甜👍🏻黑芝麻卷Ok👌🏻總括而言在銅鑼灣及灣仔一帶嘅食市中給最有驚喜一間👍🏻

整體黎講,味道都算唔錯,達到正常中菜嘅水平。魚湯魚滑米粉好足粉,有超過10舊魚滑,魚湯湯底都好濃郁。野菌炆豆腐冬菇好入味,最後餐廳仲送左碗蓮子紅豆沙,好淋好多沙,食到好滿足。🥰

不過佢係完全唔辣架 所以唔食得辣既朋友都可以食

唔洗怕佢會太辣 而醬油味會比較重🤙🏻
秋葵都比較爽脆 可能烹煮時間唔係好長

本來帶著期望去食乳鴿,但是可能我們太早去到,叫咗柚皮、炸乳鴿、苦瓜炆斑腩、豉油王炒麵。柚皮好入味好吃😋炸乳鴿還可以接受,苦瓜炆班腩好好吃😋最後來到豉油王炒面非常之鹹又好多油的,最失望😞是那位經理自己見到那碟炒面有問題🤨她都沒有自動幫換個一碟
