今早在區內上運動班之後再訪月未到的食店食物水準可取惟新員工水平應可改進蝦餃皇保持高分皮薄餡靚, 咬落爽口味美燒乳鴿我略嫌肉韌了點, 但味道還可豉蒜欖角蒸斑球最有好感, 斑肉鮮嫩有咬口, 欖角鹹味適中, 配上白飯妙極最後再試了虎皮釀尖椒, 魚滑彈牙但失分在淋了濃味美極醬油仍可說好味的午餐

入邊主要有鮮蝦同埋蛋黃🤤
值得一提嘅係鮮蝦唔係普通炒飯乾爭爭嗰隻,

第一次喺呢間餐廳食嘢,叫咗四樣食物:荔芋香酥鴨、古法馬拉糕、蝦湯泡飯同埋蓮藕餅。荔芋香蘇鴨真係必食,即叫即整,上嚟嘅時候熱辣辣,芋頭好綿好香好滑,鴨肉一啲都唔柴,最正係塊鴨皮,鬆脆又有油香,係少有香港食到好食嘅荔芋香穌鴨!下次再嚟到一定會叫!古法馬拉糕都唔錯,唔係好甜,但好鬆軟。蝦湯泡飯都幾多蝦,個湯亦唔太鹹,仲有脆米另上,可惜本身今次想叫嘅龍躉球湯泡飯已經賣晒😭蓮藕餅就一般般啦,蓮藕係多嘅,但係略嫌有點兒太黏同太粉,唔太啱我口味。

久違的「楓林小館」,老牌中菜館,晚餐絕對是值得推介。椰香元肉桃膠養顏的桃膠配上桂圓,是女生們最愛的甜點。招牌紅燒乳鴿紅燒乳鴿是餐廳招牌菜,皮脆肉嫩。大廚熱油淋熟,外皮炸至通紅亮麗,賣相一流。魚湯浸芥蘭芥蘭非常新鮮,配上鮮味的魚湯,味道恰到好處。紅燒雞絲翅質感濃稠的翅身,以優質魚翅入饌,用料十足!四頭南非鮑魚原隻鮑魚保持肉汁鮮美。黃金魚皮係我最喜愛嘅伴酒菜,非常香口的鹹蛋黃炸魚皮,除了香脆和咬口十足之外,而且不會太膩。芥末秋葵同樣是伴酒菜,秋葵比較涼一點,很適合這個夏天的頭盤小食。
