約了相公去灣仔一間曾在沙田大圍出名吃乳鴿的小館,他點了我愛吃的乳鴿,這老店子以往也很馳名燒乳鴿,一口咬下去已知保刀未老,乳鴿仍然鬆化不乾不韌,且非常好味。伙記上了一籠三件很大的蝦餃皇,果真是蝦餃皇很大的蝦,又爽又香又甜,值得吃。欖角冰梅骨浸出少許梅子味。最後上了滑蛋蝦仁帶子炒河,蛋滑蝦又爽正。

這個跟平常在大排檔吃的椒鹽鮮魷完全不同,這裡的是包上了厚厚的麵衣再去油炸的,所以吃起來外面非常酥脆的,但內裡的鮮魷就是非常嫩滑的,感覺非常特別,味道也很好!

今日同媽媽慶祝生日,一行5人黎到,環境都可以,中式設計,有中式擺設,燈光都可以,坐位都舒服,要行樓梯一層,大家要留意食物點心價錢是高級中菜價值,但食物質素就真的普通。1. 椒鹽鮮魷鮮魷是中間白色部分,不錯,熱辣辣脆卜卜,點上喼汁2. 黃金豆腐粒外脆內軟,中間豆腐都軟滑,中間部分有點凍凍的,如果細粒點可能會好一點3. 鮮蝦炸雲吞脆卜卜的外皮,比較硬身的脆皮,中間蝦細細隻,點上酸甜汁,也可以4. 蝦仁燒賣皇比較肥,上面蝦都大隻,但一籠燒賣只有3隻,中間的口感都可以,但比較肥比較膩5. 楓林蝦餃皇蝦餃皮上到枱已經爆開,中間蝦都爽口,但質素是普通的6. 上素蒸粉果這個不錯,粉果脹卜卜,中間的餡料都算多,不錯7. 豉汁蒸排骨排骨的骨部分多肉少,也是比較油膩8. 豉汁蒸鳳爪蒸鳳爪軟腍好入味,質素普通,豆卜也入味9. 懷舊馬拉糕馬拉糕軟腍好鬆軟,比較甜了點

楓林小館楓林小館是大圍廣東菜名店,殺出新界在港島開店,理應有其實力。點了三個餸菜,等了一會,侍應走過來問我們,乳鴿到了沒有,為何那麼久還未來。但其實他可以看看空空如也的桌面便知道。我們無奈地回答他:乳鴿未到啊...尷尬mode哈哈。正當心𥚃有少許疑惑食物質素時,餸菜上碟了。紅燒乳鴿果然是這店的招牌菜,皮脆肉嫩,肉計豐盈,香噴噴,很久沒品嘗過好吃的乳鴿了,兒時的味道!欖角冰梅骨,用上嫩滑的梅頭豬肉,炸後將欖角和梅子醬與排骨,酸酸甜甜,香、脆、軟之合體,另一道上乘之作。沒有拍照的鮮百合准山炒蓮藕片,素菜大匯合,食材新鮮,很清新的感覺!最後還送了芝蔴糊給我們。廣東菜應有的鮮和細緻,這間大致都做到。環境更是中菜館之中難得的清靜,整體用膳感覺良好呢!

沒有拍照的鮮百合准山炒蓮藕片,素菜大匯合,食材新鮮,很清新的感覺!

最後還送了芝蔴糊給我們。廣東菜應有的鮮和細緻,這間大致都做到。環境更是中菜館之中難得的清靜,整體用膳感覺良好呢!

呢間楓林小館,以前係喺大圍嘅,好耐好耐冇去食喇。原來佢搬咗去銅鑼灣,所以就約咗朋友一齊去試下, 一嚟到發覺個裝修好精緻,同埋坐得好舒服。因為呢度最出名乳鴿㗎,所以我哋一定要揀乳鴿,好驚喜,竟然有個好正嘅2人餐喎……決定試下,呢個餐好多嘢食㗎,有乳鴿啦,又有老火湯,再有大個匙羹嘅蝦餃,裏面好多好多好蝦㗎幾乎九成係蝦肉,超正另外,佢嗰個涼瓜龍躉煲好足料,多到呢完全唔似2人份量,我都有啲懷疑師父可能畀錯咗,整體嚟講,呢個餐只係$298,連埋茶加一都係三百幾蚊,絕對超值,一定會再嚟
