炸子雞份量好足,外皮炸得香脆,咬落脆卜卜。雞肉非常嫩滑,仲好好多肉汁添。

肉碎泡飯得好足料啊,蠔仔肉又夠多,每啖咬落去都有豪肉嘅鮮味。最後再加少少胡椒粉嚟食,非常惹味。

鳳城水餃
鳳城水餃好大隻呀,入邊超級足料,有唔少蝦肉,估唔到依個價錢可以食到四隻咁高質既水餃。

蘿蔔絲酥餅
酥餅外皮非常香脆,唔會炸得好油膩。蘿蔔絲入口非常軟滑,仲暖笠笠。

鮑魚糯米雞
糯米雞嘅賣相非常吸引,入口仲有葉嘅香味。糯米雞入面仲有隻鮑魚添,認真矜貴。

芒果布甸
芒果味好香濃啊,入口有好甜嘅芒果香。上面仲有一絲絲嘅糖,配埋黎食就最啱啦。

整體來講,今餐嘅價錢都好合理呀, $600左右就可以食到咁高質嘅順德菜,唔怪之得咁受人歡迎啦。

最後食左11個菜,埋單好傢$13XX左右,以6人份量黎講算係好抵食,人均二百幾蚊似食鐵板燒咁飽😝So far 所有菜式都係好食既,坐得又舒服,當日係星期三去人流唔算多,唔洗等位直入,啱曬我地唔鍾意等位既人呀😂

去過兩次,兩次都是同一情況,女侍應態度好,男侍應態度差,說話粗聲粗氣,甚至帶有挑釁性,當天找他落單,十多分鐘後發覺單上漏了一個飯,於是再找他跟進,他拿著單說:梗係未落啦!然後又十多分鐘後,找另一阿姐(女侍應)跟進,轉頭阿姐拿單回來,之前未落,現在落了,原來之前男侍應沒有做任何事,完全不知他什麼問題,而且觀察到每人客人找他協助,都是滿不耐煩的表情行過去,就如上一次去光顧,找他落單時,離遠皺著眉頭行過來,然後一言不發拿走我手上的單,與其他阿姐的服務態度形成強烈對比,這裡的價錢絕對不是平,老闆要考慮應否讓害群之馬影響生意!

剛看完早場「梅艷芳」, 賺人熱淚,童年回憶不斷淨現,要找多點回憶來平復一下。這裡的“灌湯餃”是少數還是傳統的皮包湯,而不是湯浸餃的那種,我小時候跟老爸在酒家廚房裡做打雜時,最後“包”灌湯餃的步驟一定是我爸(點心廚房老大)和老二做的,證明這是關鍵,是有一定分量的師傅才做得到,沒有的話,只能做湯浸餃。一挑開餃皮,湯有蟹香,證明是放了真蟹肉,裡面還有魚翅、瑤柱、冬菇,足料,滿足!“炸粉果”,沾了點粉再去炸的,但沒有搞到一口粉,也很香,而雲吞湯的味道也不錯,但美中不足,湯不夠熱。“三色炸物”,鹹水角、腐皮卷、春卷,全部夠熱,夠脆,餡料味道也不錯。“櫻花蝦燒賣”,豬肉和蝦夠爽,沒有過份“嗱”過,還有明顯的肉香。“彩虹蝦餃”,大隻,飽滿,蝦新鮮,皮沒濕沒爛,還很堅挺,肯定是新鮮蒸出來的。
