不知什麼時候格格把這裡當作主場,今天有說要在這裏請客 ...“炸子雞”,夠咸、夠熱、皮又夠脆,肉還是嫩滑,㕑師功夫了得。“金銀蛋莧菜”,雞蛋、鹹蛋、皮蛋都有,味道和層次都很豐富,莧菜也煮得剛好,還很軟嫩。“煎蠔餅”的粉過多了,於是不夠煙韌,像在吃“蠔仔包”而不是“蠔仔餅”,但其實那些珠蠔是挺新鮮,個頭又大,一點都不腥 。“酸菜魚”,有個爐幫忙保温,味道也不錯,魚片好滑,像用了蛋白醃過,湯鮮味,湯底有酸菜、豆卜、娃娃菜、大豆芽、和一點點芹菜,很有看頭。

格格說要請我飲茶🥰 ...“金磚豆腐”,真的是外脆內嫩,又熱辣辣,如果這是臭豆腐,更正!“鳳城水餃”,𥚃面是大大隻鮮蝦,爽、滑、鮮,但那有韭黃的湯,沒像一般雲吞湯的香,失了點色。“蘿蔔絲酥餅”,嘩,又香又脆。“龍蝦湯鮮竹卷”,這個不得了,龍蝦味很棒,原來鮮竹卷和龍蝦是很配的。“金藏牛肉球”,很嫩又彈口,不錯。今天的驚喜原來是這“蛋散”😜!上面舖滿椰絲、花生碎和芝麻,加上蜜糖,口感豐富,而蛋散皮又炸得酥脆,好久沒吃過這麽好吃的蛋散了!
