朋友介紹呢間心機食肆,話係飲嘢傾計嘅好地方。今日一於黎試試。六點幾入座,我係第一個客。登上木樓梯到二樓,環境雖小但整潔雅緻,有居酒屋的親切感。叫咗炸物丶燒物及丼後,叧外兩張枱亦陸續坐滿。鰻魚丼先上,味道不過不失。因為鰻丼較濃味,個人認為跟啲日本蘿蔔或子薑會更佳。跟住係明太子燒淮山,內裏保持爽脆濕潤口感,外面燒得乾身,明太子都比得好大方,不俗。自己鍾意食天婦羅,叫咗個考牌。其實個脆漿都OK嘅,可惜實在太油啦!成張吸油紙都係一達達嘅油漬,尤其係茄子、冬茹,更加係油淋淋!幾支炸秋葵中有一支好老,完全唔想食。總體而言,間舖環境幾warm,招呼唔錯,老闆亦都親切,但都係香港人扮日本野,有形無神,普通食嘢都可以嘅,但係大圍同樣價錢有好多更好味嘅選擇。而且作為一間和食居酒屋,老細你知唔知喺日本對筷子打直擺係好大吉利是架......

自己鍾意食天婦羅,叫咗個考牌。其實個脆漿都OK嘅,可惜實在太油啦!成張吸油紙都係一達達嘅油漬,尤其係茄子、冬茹,更加係油淋淋!幾支炸秋葵中有一支好老,完全唔想食。
總體而言,間舖環境幾warm,招呼唔錯,老闆亦都親切,但都係香港人扮日本野,有形無神,普通食嘢都可以嘅,但係大圍同樣價錢有好多更好味嘅選擇。
而且作為一間和食居酒屋,老細你知唔知喺日本對筷子打直擺係好大吉利是架......

小明友開學之後,父母真系忙過返工。真系要搵返啲同聲同氣既家長一整去消消氣,剛好沙田地保推介風流屋酒屋,聽個名已經心如亂麻啦!宵夜重要去風流。。。。一行三對父母黎到呢間大圉風流居酒屋,記得開GOOGLE MAP搵,如果唔系,保證搵唔到!之前未試過黎,睇op就話比較近大街,哇,足足搵左十幾分鐘先搵到,我估可能黑麻麻掛。我地最終比預約時間遲左少少,不過可能因為係夜,店內客人唔多,所以都留返二樓間房比我地。居酒屋裝潢簡單,木枱木櫈,最特別係房內放左個凍櫃,一定唔系用來做裝飾,因為地方貴,好好了用每寸空間。不過我地都坐得舒適。由於有點肚餓我地都馬上點菜。

Other Info. : 居酒屋當然要飲酒,明碼實價確實無可口飛的。但如果喜歡飲酒又想合理的,不防考慮一下自己帶去飲,每支的開瓶費都系HK$100,可能更化算嫁!

第一次光顧。服務很殷勤,環境比較擠但還算整潔。醬燒三文魚套餐魚肉很多,好吃。米飯也不錯。魚肉上有菜絲,魚肉下有蛋絲甚至有新鮮而且飽滿的三文魚魚子!真是驚喜!味增湯顯太鹹而且沒有蜆的鮮甜,有點不足。但整體還是滿意。

第一次光顧。服務很殷勤,環境比較擠但還算整潔。醬燒三文魚套餐魚肉很多,好吃。米飯也不錯。魚肉上有菜絲,魚肉下有蛋絲甚至有新鮮而且飽滿的三文魚魚子!真是驚喜!味增湯顯太鹹而且沒有蜆的鮮甜,有點不足。但整體還是滿意。

朋友係大圍地頭蟲,基本上食勻晒所有大小店,近排佢力推我呢個從來唔踏足呢區既人去試呢間新開既居酒屋,仲話試左一定返唔到轉頭無介紹錯,上星期食完後,今個星期已經心掛掛帶埋屋企人黎食多次,好食得黎又唔貴,性價比非常高係地鐵站行5分鐘就到,都算易搵,但位於小巷內,如果唔係朋友帶路,會好易skip左呢間隱世居酒屋。居酒屋有三層,第一次同朋友去係坐底層既吧枱,同師傅會有較多互動。第二次,因為較多人,我地被安排坐上樓上既房,同包場無分別,私人空間較大。特上刺身盛合刺身盤有劍魚腩、三文魚腩同牡丹蝦同活赤貝。厚切劍魚腩,入口軟綿肥美。三文魚腩油花分佈均勻,入口甘香。牡丹蝦鮮甜彈牙,活赤貝口感則爽口不失海水味。有頭甜蝦甜蝦好有驚喜,價錢合理之餘,仲要有手掌咁長,啖啖肉之餘,肉質爽身又鮮甜,忍唔住啜埋蝦頭,蝦膏濃郁帶回甘,好正馬糞海膽相比起加拿大海膽,馬糞海膽較細少,但口感較滑而且味道亦較甘甜。用最傳統食法,以紫菜包住海膽同飯,再加少少青瓜絲同wasabi同食雜錦刺身沙律完全無諗過呢盤沙律有咁多刺身,仲要唔係求其用啲平刺身去hea你,有三文魚、甜蝦、赤貝、劍魚、八爪魚等等,而且夠凍同用麻醬撈,只係賣一百蚊鬆

係地鐵站行5分鐘就到,都算易搵,但位於小巷內,如果唔係朋友帶路,會好易skip左呢間隱世居酒屋。

完全無諗過呢盤沙律有咁多刺身,仲要唔係求其用啲平刺身去hea你,有三文魚、甜蝦、赤貝、劍魚、八爪魚等等,而且夠凍同用麻醬撈,只係賣一百蚊鬆啲,好抵食。

燒特大扇貝

呢個手掌咁大既扇貝係必食,肉厚但燒得勁嫩滑,散出淡淡既牛油同黑松露香。雖然sided with 七味粉、五香粉同檸檬,但我唔建議大家再調味去掩蓋帶子既鮮味。淨食已經好食到不得了!

有整過西京銀鱈魚既朋友都知,呢道菜有幾費時,唔係話你想食就即刻有得食,因為醃魚都最少要醃兩日先夠入味,何況呢舊鱈魚咁厚,魚肉醃得入味,而且超級彈牙,加上油脂分佈平均,好肥美,配埋沙律醬同木魚絲,令口感更豐富,又一必食😋

整體而言,呢個價錢可以食到咁高質素既燒物,絕對係物有所值,同樣既燒物,係九龍港島區既居酒居都比呢到貴四成,仲要好多時有時間限制。呢到無限時之外仲座得好舒服,枱與枱之間尚算寬裕。最重要係呢到既食材好新鮮,而且職員亦會好細心介紹每一道燒物。真心推介呢間隱世居酒屋
