呢篇文章只係寫一個普通的午餐,好評略多,因此一嘗風味。首先一定要提醒既係,旁邊有另一間非常相似的日本餐廳,但其實係食拉麵,入面啲嗰間先係風流居酒屋。環境舒適,不大,有兩層,冷氣幾凍,建議帶多件褸。我坐樓上,窗旁邊有不同的日本漫畫,個人覺得幾貼心,亦更接近日本地道餐廳。叫了一個雜錦魚生丼,午餐價才68元,如圖。有三文魚、蝦、蟹子、帶子、北寄貝等等,魚生新鮮,飯量足夠,滿意。送湯,加十元有飲品。隱世日本餐廳,值得一試。

喺instagram見到風流居酒屋啲相賣相唔錯,終於有日經過大圍就去大圍村睇吓係咪真係咁得。一去到侍應都好有禮貌咁話地方唔夠,詢問我地搭檯mind唔mind,而我地都係旨在食,亦唔介意屈就,就乖乖地行咗上二樓。或者係本身住元朗,日本嘢太多選擇,打開餐牌,已經覺得冇乜驚喜,而且價錢亦唔算超值。因為本身係畀佢碗牛肉烏冬吸引到,就決定嗌一碗試先,而由於天婦羅都幾測試到一間日本餐廳嘅功架,什錦天婦羅亦都係非叫不可嘅。加埋個壽司盛、蔥吞拿魚卷同燒廣島蠔,唔係求飽,已經合共超過六百蚊。魚有魚味,但唔至於非常鮮,醋飯冇乜特色,食完唔會心思思。海膽形態保持到,唔苦,但亦唔鮮甜;星鰻連鎖店水平,略霉。牛肉烏冬同天婦羅都可以算抵食,前者豉油湯底幾甜,後者炸漿算薄,可惜蝦唔彈牙。最失望係個廣島蠔,都預咗係唔連殻嗰種急凍廣島蠔,但都比想像中苦澀。冇嗌酒水,人頭各三百,環境確實係cosy,或者一班朋友五六個人傾偈買個場係抵嘅。

呢間風流,今次係第三次食。。。第一次,帶著家人黎食,水準,品質都算是中上。。。絕對有驚喜,價錢大概5~600蚊人頭,是可以接受,值得既。。。到了食第二次,冇更多既親朋戚友黎食,食物質素已經有所下降,價錢當然冇變過啦。。。都算了,有時候,人總會失手。。。機會也是留給有準備的。。直到今天,家人慶生,我再比多次機會你。。。點知就係最最最失望既一次,由點菜到上第一度主菜,需時45分鐘,講緊既都係魚生,而人客也不是特別多,追了,追了。。。還是得個追。。。點羊冇羊,總之想食咩就係冇。。。加拿大海膽冇,店員推介另一種,ok...我都接受。。。但黎到兩回事囉,$298...個軟殼蟹卷物,D飯見到都唔想食囉。。。很少寫食評既我,都忍不住即刻出手,寫到冇心機寫。。我諗呢次會係最後一次囉。。埋單扣左之前老闆第一次比我既VIP 9折,都要$1700多。。如果好食抵食,$3000都可以。。但呢餐都差不多2000, 加上食到一肚火,我諗再冇下次了

不過因為佢唔係逐件上而係一碟過上,所以除返勻其實真係幾抵食!

今日下午喺OpenRice搵緊今晚食乜好,先知原來大圍有呢一間居酒屋,果度職員好好,一收到我喺網上嘅booking就打俾我confirm,好有效率同清晰。去到發現呢間居酒屋係喺巷仔入面,唔怪得平時行過都冇為意。呢度一行入舖面就係吧檯嘅位置,侍應帶我地上去先發現原來上面都仲有2條樓梯通去唔同嘅房仔。我地坐果間房有3張枱,空間細細,都幾岩兩三個朋友黎傾下密計。而且房入面有mon係駁左日本嘅電視頻道,我覺得氣氛幾好。餐牌選擇都幾多,而且都幾吸引。鹽燒海蝦好抵,30蚊有2串,食落係有膏嘅,而且啲蝦肉結實,應該幾新鮮。翠玉瓜有啲苦,不過係我地唔好彩姐,人地點知果個瓜苦定唔苦。雞皮同雞腎都好食,雞翼係超水準,大隻又好食。芥辣八爪魚軍艦都好食。我地仲叫左個叉燒烏冬,$48,清清地又唔貴。

很多選擇,最終選了香蔥吞拿魚蓉飯。
等左一陣,就有得食,吞拿魚蓉份量不多,比正常份量少,之前在其他地方食過的吞拿魚蓉的顏色都是粉紅色的,但這裡的吞拿魚蓉卻是淺啡色的

當中帶子壽司和炙燒左囗魚邊,帶子軟滑,魚邊魚油充足,味道不錯。只是三文魚子壽司的紫菜快速腍掉了,烤一烤更好啦
