另外我哋叫咗個大醬湯,有少少辣味,用料十足,用嚟拌飯一流,食到一半,店員仲過嚟教我哋將石鍋放喺籠上面暖住嚟食,keep住暖嚟食湯飯,特別暖心。

最尾順帶一提,餐廳採用電子化,用平板電腦落單,點餐後上菜超快,另外韓燒嘅爐頭亦採用電子按鈕,感覺比較安全,而且爐頭嘅抽風口強勁,完全無一般韓燒舖頭嘅燒烤味,大家就算去食lunch,食完都唔怕有一陣味咁返公司啦!

雖然餐廳沒有提供生蛋黃
但是親切友善的韓國人店員姐姐主動提問
我們有沒有對紫菜過敏

把蟹蓋上的蟹膏還有蟹身內的像果凍質感般的蟹肉唧出來
和紫菜白飯拌勻一口簡直香迷糊了

還是要配上多多白飯

又是韓餐必點的물냉면!

上面的牛腱和煎蛋捲沒有什麼調味
但是酸甜可口的水冷麵
是為一整餐豐盛油膩的大餐打開胃口之用~

面上漂着一層紅油
不過幾乎沒有什麼辣度ʚ♡⃛ɞ
就算不吃辣的寶寶們也絕對能嘗試
內裏的料也給得很足!
如果沒有點醬油蟹也是拌飯之選!

兩個人吃了差不多$1200的午餐
是有點點貴但是從港大下課直接過來
一下課便能吃得捧着肚子、十分滿足地離開

今日就過咗嚟試吓。地方都唔難搵,電梯上一層就已經見到。成個地方好闊落,聽講有幾千呎,而且設計簡潔。前菜方面好豐富,除咗由平時食到嘅泡菜,呢度仲有蓮藕,同埋估佢唔到嘅辣蟹!有冇諗過喺香港食前菜食到蟹?呢度係自助落單,之後就會店員或者係送餐機械人送到過嚟。$320 特選牛肋骨肉Wang Galbi呢個份量都好多,肉質比較軟身,仲會連埋一舊骨上。已經本身醃好咗,所以食到好豐富嘅口感。$380 韓牛頸肉Hanwoo Chuck Flap Tail男朋友鍾意食呢個,佢覺得呢一個比較有口感,冇咁軟,大推。$270 醬油蟹 GanjangGe jang呢個係暫時喺香港食到最好食嘅醬油蟹。同平時食到嘅醬油蟹唔同,佢帶有一種甜味,但同醬油配埋一齊又係超夾。超多膏超多蟹肉,配埋飯真係一流。$118 嫩豆腐湯Sundubu Jiigae呢個又係好出色,冇諗過豆腐湯都可以咁好飲。配料非常充足,豆腐好嫩滑,味道好惹味,同平時食到嘅唔一樣。呢個湯本身配咗一碗飯,就可以攞嚟食醬油蟹。呢度每一樣嘢都好出色,價錢又唔貴,呢個價錢食到咁多嘢,真心覺得好抵,仲要超好食☺️👍🏻。
