雜錦燒烤拼盤真的是十萬個推薦!基本上大部份肉類都有齊,包括「炭燒坦都里雞」,「瑪萊奶油雞」,「炭燒三文魚」,「香草烤羊柳」和「烤珍寶大蝦」。款款都烤製得很入味,三文魚相當厚身。不過自己最喜愛的是雞肉𣁽部份。另一道招牌菜「松露奶油咖哩雞柳」亦做得出色,黑松露奶油醬加了印度香料相當可口,creamy 得嚟亦不辣,雞肉嫩滑,點了碗藏紅花米飯,米飯散發淡淡的藏紅花清香,不過吃下去時味道不太突出,但夾埋黑松露奶油醬真是絕配!

這間位於尖沙咀的【爵樂印度餐廳】,主打傳統的印度菜,而且食品有清真認證。餐廳開業超過50年,歷史悠久,大廚都是正宗印度人,因此出品都十分正宗。晚市有單點外,還有套餐供應,還可以配搭幾款紅白酒送菜。酥炸麵餅配薄荷汁香脆的炸麵配上薄荷汁,清新好味。蟹肉印度夾餅夾餅煙韌,中間是鮮甜蟹汁、洋葱及醬汁。炭燒雞柳雞柳用印度香料醃製,烤至焦香,十分惹味。五香羊肉餅羊肉餅完全唔騷,帶陣陣香料味道。印度烤雞用了乳酪等醃製,雞肉嫩滑。鑊仔洋葱紅茄燴鮮蝦三款咖喱中比較惹味,有青椒香及洋葱香,十分若味。松露奶油咖喱雞柳松露味突出,比較溫和,咖喱味帶點椰奶香。奶油香草燴黑扁頭及紅腰豆這個比較有驚喜,估不到素咖喱都可以煮到惹味,豆香突出。另外還配上蒜蓉薄餅&番紅花香味飯。甜品是胡蘿蔔奶油布丁&紅花果仁印度雪糕,還有充滿香料味的印度奶茶。
