Pani poori 是前菜,一個圓圓的脆球包裹著薯仔,香料,底下杯盛着酸酸的羅望子汁,小心倒入去脆球,吃起來是脆卜卜,略有微辣,酸酸的,層次豐富。就算有剩餘的羅望子汁都可以直接飲用,店員話就似中式涼茶的作用,很下火。午市自助餐食物非常豐富,在門口位置是甜品區,有kheer ,類似椰汁西米露的,唔算太甜。gulab jamun玫瑰果,味道偏甜,很正宗的印尼甜品,奶香十足。主食有長米飯,naan bread 要熱才好吃,所以要叫廚房即叫即做,我們當然叫了黑松露口味,帶點煙韌,可以配搭有醬汁的熱盤一齊食。有不少咖哩美食,有羊肉碎keema pav,khada chicken雞塊,bengali fish curry魚柳,加入大量香料,所以很能增加食慾。我比較喜歡魚柳,因為魚肉很軟綿綿,吃起來沒有魚腥。我們見到有廚師即席制作印度薄餅小食,餡料有咖喱薯蓉,伴以香滑的椰子醬食,正我們叫左小食,另外收費的,chicken tikka 岩我們香港人口味,不太辣,香料味濃。仲有carb tacos 每一口都是蟹肉,很鮮美。飲品我們飲mango lassi 及rose lassi,還是喜歡酸甜的芒果。食

每人有一件烤雞同埋羊肉卷,烤雞真係好Juicy,雖然外表睇落燶燶地,但係入面仲係超嫩滑,調味都好正。至於羊肉卷會比雞肉乾身少少,羊味唔算好重,我唔食羊嘅都食到。

咖喱微辣,好惹味,而炸魚好嫩滑,有四至五件,好食到停吾到口,旁邊仲有兩塊啦naan, 同埋香料飯,呢隻咖喱撈飯幾好味。隔籬嗰個鷹嘴豆茸,唔知係湯定係醬嚟,但係我覺得就咁食就已經好好食。
