拌牛舌的調味也很講究:除了一般解膩的檸檬外🍋,自家製的尖椒芫荽醬像是日式的chimichurri,清新爽脆而帶點刺激,而完全沒有芫荽的難聞味道🌿 (我本來是不吃芫荽的啊)。另一個海鹽昆布是我的最愛,只是一條幼幼的已經有很足夠的鹹鮮味,那份來自海洋的鮮味與牛肉的濃肉味相輔相成,味道的層次加以昇華😇

嫩滑厚肉多汁,燒久了也不會變得很乾柴。最重要是柚子味道真的完全滲入了雞肉當中,而不是只靠外層塗抹醬汁的味道,因此就算是醃肉也不易燒焦,而且性價比高😚
