今日下就有事要到大埔一趟,於是就去試食新cake,一點幾來到,全店都只有幾枱人,同其他分店相比,場境差好遠,先講服務,比起其他分店,雖然上菜時間慢,但職員有禮貌,炸蝦卷>>新鮮即整,,脆口,正!玉子寿司>>味道普通,不過不失辣味螺肉>>份量少,青瓜多過螺肉皇帝蟹柳寿司>>味道不錯,由於係其他分店無見過咁做,唔知師傅係唔記得還是細心用紫菜卷住,可固定蟹柳,鹽味焦糖蛋糕>>味道岩岩好,唔會太甜或太漏,好重焦糖味,好味!

對我來說,元氣壽司的買點,是手卷,所以一定要吃手卷,今次是第四次光顧這太和分店,每次也有叫手卷,今次叫了蟹籽沙律手卷,勁好味,紫菜好脆,飯好多,餡料也好多,之前紫菜無咁脆,所以今日吃得特別開心今晚六時多去到,有好多人叫外賣,可能看世界足球比賽的關係,除了手卷,我叫了三客三文魚壽司,但唔好味,無味,無魚味,只有好凍的雪味,但飯是熱,所以好怪,但因為一次叫了三客,沒辦法,...唉!...唯有當醫肚,硬住吃晒,另外,也叫了鰻魚壽司真的一般,唔熱,唔太大塊,大埔有好多壽司店,也有好大塊而多汁鰻魚壽司,所以一比之下,元氣真的要好好改善,而加州小卷,反而幾好飯和料混合得好好至於服務,也是後生一族,醒目,又快,欣賞!!現在是春夏推介,但唔太啱我食,但欣賞有這些時令推介,我見旁邊的人叫了炸大蝦,真的很大隻.衛生方面,筷子盒好濕,拿出來的筷子又濕,真的要自己清潔才敢用

真的一般,唔熱,唔太大塊,大埔有好多壽司店,也有好大塊而多汁鰻魚壽司,所以一比之下,元氣真的要好好改善,而加州小卷,反而幾好

至於服務,也是後生一族,醒目,又快,欣賞!!
現在是春夏推介,但唔太啱我食,但欣賞有這些時令推介,我見旁邊的人叫了炸大蝦,真的很大隻.
衛生方面,筷子盒好濕,拿出來的筷子又濕,真的要自己清潔才敢用

太和終於出現了第一間SUSHI店...很期待呢! 昨日去了試味!~感覺一般.....不過最令我回味既就係壽司,好鮮甜,好新鮮.....海瞻真係唔係間間都咁好食,試過有D又腥又臭!!!另外赤海蝦壽司都唔錯~鮮甜可口!.....海膽魷魚都幾好味....赤貝壽司 & 北寄貝 & 帶子 & 玉子- OK,可以....至於象拔蚌壽司 - 真係好唔掂....又腥又硬,唔新鮮~三文魚、吞拿魚壽司冇食....因為本人一向都冇興趣....不過媽媽叫左黎食!應該會有下次的~因為近屋企...方便想食sushi既時侯....唔洗去到大中....咁遠!!!

太和終於出現了第一間SUSHI店...很期待呢!

昨日去了試味!~感覺一般.....

不過最令我回味既就係[海瞻]壽司,好鮮甜,好新鮮.....
海瞻真係唔係間間都咁好食,試過有D又腥又臭!!!

另外赤海蝦壽司都唔錯~鮮甜可口!.....
海膽魷魚都幾好味....
赤貝壽司 & 北寄貝 & 帶子 & 玉子- OK,可以....
至於象拔蚌壽司 - 真係好唔掂....又腥又硬,唔新鮮~

三文魚、吞拿魚壽司冇食....因為本人一向都冇興趣....不過媽媽叫左黎食!
應該會有下次的~因為近屋企...方便想食sushi既時侯....唔洗去到大中....咁遠!!!

住了在太和這麼久終於都有家近自己的迴轉壽司了開了這麼久都沒有來試過今天終於有機會來試了比起其他分店來說整體上都還算可以日式蒸蛋 - 很滑,加上冬菇蟹柳等,很鮮味迷你鰻魚飯 - 貪其夠精細,夠熱,味道很一般墨魚壽司 - 鮮甜,爽口北寄貝沙律 - 有北寄貝的鮮甜,夾雜著一點點蟹子吧?感覺很清新三文魚反卷 - 三文魚很新鮮炸墨魚咀 - 剛炸起夠熱泡芙 - 之前都不會在這叫甜品的,原來一試之下水準也不錯小小的泡芙中夾著一點點雪糕,而又不會雪得過硬除了以上的食物還叫了好幾款卷物,壽司和手卷味道就像其他分店的沒什麼分別最多能說的就是材料比其他店的新鮮不過這是應該的吧?說到底也是新開張嘛

今天終於有機會來試了
比起其他分店來說整體上都還算可以
日式蒸蛋 - 很滑,加上冬菇蟹柳等,很鮮味
迷你鰻魚飯 - 貪其夠精細,夠熱,味道很一般
墨魚壽司 - 鮮甜,爽口

北寄貝沙律 - 有北寄貝的鮮甜,夾雜著一點點蟹子吧?感覺很清新
三文魚反卷 - 三文魚很新鮮
炸墨魚咀 - 剛炸起夠熱
泡芙 - 之前都不會在這叫甜品的,原來一試之下水準也不錯
小小的泡芙中夾著一點點雪糕,而又不會雪得過硬
除了以上的食物還叫了好幾款卷物,壽司和手卷
味道就像其他分店的沒什麼分別
最多能說的就是材料比其他店的新鮮
不過這是應該的吧?說到底也是新開張嘛

四月十三日元氣以往只光顧一次,這次是第二次,為什麼會去?只因自己所住的屋村終於有第一間迴轉壽司店.住了那麼多年,這裏開了一間新的元氣,知道質素如何,但也要支持一下.因新店開張,服務令人覺得生手,有不少是剛入職.看看有什麼東西好吃,有鰹魚當然叫一客,再來是玉子以及油甘魚,玉子這裏叫甜蛋有點摸不出頭.鰹魚壽司快快奉上,當然還要作試範一次,其實早已魚和壽司分開了,二片也是薄切,其實帶腥,不過十三元都知道會是這樣.玉子沒有多問題,不是自家製,難食都有個限度,九元好過剛才的鰹魚.油甘魚也是薄切,和剛才鰹不相伯仲.再來一客蒸蛋以及鰻魚手卷,蒸蛋雖然只有淡淡的蛋甜,有蟹柳絲等材料.十六元不便宜.鰻魚手卷是整頓下午茶中來得最好.紫菜還未至於淋,鰻魚不過不失,但醬汁要自己落,真的要自己親手制作.坐了一會兒也要結帳離開,埋單八十元,不便宜,其實質素水準之下,但是因住了太和將近二十年才有一間壽司店,這次在喊臉和OK之間,這次就OK算了,
