Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

I seldom comment for the chain restaurant. However, I think it worth me to make a comment in Open Rice for their services.Actually, I think the waiting time is quite fair if you take the ticket in the APP as member. I was exciting that I can have the seared prime salmon with miso finally, it always sold out! The first dish they served were so tough, I even cannot eat it. It was appreciate they changed it for me and the second dish served was great!

呢輪食得太多熱氣食物，今晚要食返d清清地，壽司就至岩！赤海蝦肉質幾鮮甜；柚子胡椒醋吞拿魚充滿柚子香味，帶點胡椒嘅辛辣味，吞拿魚腍滑，好清新；另外仲叫左帆立貝裙邊作前菜，唔駛只食壽司咁單調！飲返杯綠茶，食下甜酸薑片，冲洗一下味蕾又再食過！

The sushi is very yummy, the icon is very tasteful and he steamed egg is delicious. I love the food here, and plus there is 3-2 bullet trains that deliver the food to you (except hot food, like udon on and the egg). The only thing that I don't like is that there is always lots of people in the dinner times (5:30 - 10:00). I recommend you to go to this store for afternoon tea and late lunch, but dinner at the Hau Tak store (very near, just at the shopping next to this one, called "TKO Gatew

10點正自動結帳，電腦板顯示已經結賬，無得check下仲有乜未到。唔係應該起碼幾分鐘之前提示客人將會載單？後來服務員問我仲有乜未到，我話你cut左我單，我枱上部平板機已經check唔番。跟住良久print張單比我睇，我話有蝦壽司未到。轉頭10秒唔夠回頭話架機壞了，無得食。全程一句sorry都無，表情絕對係「你快D走啦」。我明白你用「高速火車」送餐可能可以慳番D服務成本，但僅餘的員工也疑似唔想做的態度，實在令人擔心。唔好話其他人慢慢吞噬香港，係我地自己香港人唔長進，服務業倒退，放棄進步的機會。

今日星期三 行開坑口想食日本野咁就想試下食元氣 由於冇會員個關係需要walk-in 等位 我應該7點半到拎飛要40張台 等左大約45分鐘就有位了比起其他分店 算係比較少人 2個人試住食住咁多先 整體上都算唔錯但建議大家唔好食鰻魚丼 個人覺得唔好食依個限定既卷物幾得意 上面用巴馬火腿黎 值得一試整體上 依間算係比較少人既分店 質素不錯

咁就想試下食元氣 由於冇會員個關係

需要walk-in 等位 我應該7點半到拎飛

比起其他分店 算係比較少人

    食完覺得，其實又真係唔係特別好食，都有少少有伏，但係火車真係幾好玩。每次有火車出閘都好期待自己Order D野到味。真係好玩多過好食囉。重有佢落單個pad大好多，睇得舒服好多，板長果個pad仔，真係比人感覺cheap爆，又要扮高級又唔肯洗多D錢，比個大D既pad客人order，客人睇得舒服D，自然會點多D。元氣個pad又大部，又可以睇番自己落過乜單，真係好過板長多多聲。

    這間元氣壽司是新開的, 以火車壽司為主題!由於輪候人數太多, 基本上要等1.5個小時才有得入坐! 幸好附近有很多商銷, 可以一路行一路等位!至於食物方面, 佢比黃埔和九龍灣以火車壽司為好! 黃埔那一間也的很難食,所以不再去!這間算是ok好食, 當然佢未算是好好食的那一種, 但起碼佢物有所值!所以日後應該會再來!!!不過, 回枱方面真係有待改善!!!!成排枱食客已經離開超過20分鐘, 你都沒有人去清理, 難怪門口輪候的人這樣多!!!!!

    今晚行過，阿仔極力拉我要排隊食元氣火車壽司，好啦，遙距用電話攞飛，行多陣商場先。差唔多排到九點先至被安排入座，肚餓極了，可以坐到卡位，但係枱面未抹乾淨，還見到蟹子同埋一粒飯，然後發現調味盤充滿水，店員清理抹乾水，情況改善但可惜豉油樽沒有了， 等了一段時間才來。小朋友有玉子壽司就開心啦。油甘魚新鮮，辣味長鰭吞拿魚，北寄貝壽司最新鮮最抵食，一碟兩件。新鮮三文魚ok呀沙律蟹柳軍艦，水平一般。貝柱也是我喜愛的。魚皮好厚，但係唔夠脆。牛肉薯餅新鮮炸起，好吃。野菜烏冬，及格啦。

    好開心在家附近開了一間元氣壽司高速線，所以立即吹雞同d小朋友來又食又玩！之前我在另一間分店吃過，係幾好玩的！先在ipad點您想吃的東西，美味的食物很快由列車運送到您座位面前！別忘記在拿食物後要按一下個閃閃下嘅制，把列車送回廚房呀！😁🚅P.S.我表弟話好玩，佢話會再來！😋👍
