I've been here for weekend brunch, weekday lunch and weeknight dinner. I've never bern disappointed. Their ingredients have always been superfresh and their dishes delicious. The home made pasta is particularly good. For the quality, I think their prices are very reasonable.

During weekends this restaurant opt for a mandatory valet service for $60. When we arrived I parked the car myself. After dinner around 10pm we left to collect the car and valet wasn't there. We made a big turn around to head to the Central direction and passed the restaurant again. We saw the valet and he ran across the street. We stopped at the light and was ready to give him his money. When I opened my window the first thing he said was to accuse us of 'cheating' him. He said he went to the toilet and that we should have waited for him to come back. He had a serious 'chip' on his shoulders.
I wouldn't have parked there in the first place if I didn't want to pay 60 bucks. The valet service isn't permanent and it's not clear when it's there and when it isn't. I have been to the restaurant many times and I just noticed usually it is there during dinner time on weekends.
I called the restaurant to complain and the manager said there were a few complaints with the attendant previously. He said he would get back to me the next day when he's less busy.
I like the restaurant's ambience and the overall food quality is pretty good. The restaurant service is so so but I won't ever go back if they don't do anything about their valet service.

Went for dinner on Saturday night with my boyfriend. 
We ordered several dishes to share: 
Starter of Mozzarella di Bufala: was good but what can go wrong with a mozzarella?!
Pasta with a white meat sauce dressing: was really good and perfectly cooked even if the cut of meat seemed very "fatty"
Pizza Caprese: the pizza was the worse I have ever eaten in my life! I specific ordered that pizza as I wanted the mozzarella di bufala. When it    arrived there was barely any mozzarella on top (probably 1 slice in the middle), it was really dry and absolutely zero dressing (no olive oil, no salt, etc).  When you are paying 178 $ for a pizza you at least expect to have a tiny bit of mozzarella on each slice! 
I politely told the waiter that we were unhappy with the pizza and that it was way too dry and he said that he could bring us extra mozzarella. I thought it was excellent customer service...until the bill arrived! He charged us for HK$88 for the extra mozzarella! Absolutely ridiculous! We ended up paying 266 $ for the worse pizza I have ever had in my life! 
They had the chance to deal with the complain and they just decided to ignore it and charge even more! No doubt the restaurant is always empty!

今次是第三次來這間餐廳,應該說好識揀了。地點有點偏遠,如果打的,上車說分域碼頭就可以了其實選 brunch counter已經非常足夠了, 以風乾火腿及芝士為主。如果單選buffet counter, 加甜品咖啡,$278如果要appetizer, main dish ,加甜品咖啡, $308 起這是其中一款前菜,水牛芝士配意大利蕃茄相信我,這意大利闊面非常好吃⋯⋯必試Lasagna 不過不失如果選這個主菜,要另加$38,牛仔肉味不濃,粉漿亦沒有調味,真的沒有什麼驚喜。雪糕有三款可以選擇,這次我沒有選vanilla, 不過開心果雪糕就吃到你非常開心如果選Tiramisu, 要另加28Creme Brulee 單看賣相已經非常吸引

Summary: I've always found Giando (previous name) to be somewhere that could offer me casual but excellent Italian food. I've been eating in this restaurant for many times and it never really disappointed me, from brunch to proper dinner I think I really have nothing to complain ranging from portion to presentation. This day I had a beef Carpaccio and it's nicely seasoned and comes in with a very nice portion. The pizza and pasta we ordered were also excellent. I like this place very much.

Then we ordered pizza. We had to wait an awful amount of time before we could eat our main, which was weird since the restaurant was not crowded at all. The long wait was followed by a massive disappointment: pizza was thin like a sheet of paper and crispy like a cracker. The overall taste was ok because the topping ingredients were of good quality, but please don't call that dish a Pizza, because it is NOT.

Seven people, had three appetizers to share, plus one pizza and 2 beers per head: 450$ per person.
