之前去左香港銅鑼灣皇冠假日酒店入面既高級意大利餐廳【Giacomo Ristorante】試佢既5 courses dinner set。包括前菜、頭盤、main x2同甜品,另外仲有homemade petit four,$1580 per person(另外某兩個main係要另外加錢)。個人最推薦係佢地既Brittany Blue Lobster, Colorado Lamb同Homemade Petit Four。Brittany Blue Lobster:包括BB茄子同龍蝦汁。龍蝦肉質爽口鮮甜,搭配濃郁龍蝦汁更加凸顯龍蝦既鮮味。BB茄子又可以增加更多口感。Colorado Lamb:使用黎自美國Colorado既羊架,肉質嫩滑多肉汁,只係有少許羊騷味、唔會太濃,容易接受同入口。外皮又煎到微微焦香,不錯。Homemade Petit Four:整體唔會太甜,有D似cookie夾住D cream,果仁味濃郁。
