最近去過意大利後對意大利菜念念不忘,除了pizza和意粉外,意大利也是個美食之都。這次來到位於香港銅鑼灣皇冠假日酒店內的餐廳,餐廳擁有超大的落地玻璃,位置闊落。午餐相當實惠,$680有四道菜,當中不得不提紅蝦意粉,因為這道菜是餐廳的signature名菜。紅蝦十分大隻,肉質彈牙,以為自己正在食龍蝦般。整個蝦頭充滿膏蝦膏,配上意粉,一啖又一啖。另外要提提石Mebaru Rockfish,石斑魚肉好結實,但食起來魚肉又會好嫩滑,魚肉上還放上了滿滿的椰菜花,魚肉配椰菜花十分清新,和魚肉相當夾。餐廳服務好好,紅蝦意簡直是必食,價錢又十分相宜CP值高,值得一試。
