走進Gishiki,發覺這裡內外都極富一種神秘感。酒吧中,最能令我目不轉睛的是排滿各種酒瓶的酒櫃,另外,酒櫃中央位置有一個「般若」面具,「般若」是日本能劇中的一個角色,是由女性強烈妒忌的怨念而形成的怨靈。除裝飾外,這裡的Coocktail名稱亦是以日本能劇的角色名字為名。.....坐下後,調酒師過來問我有什麼喜好,我告訴他我喜歡Gin Base且低糖的組合,故他為我調了一杯Hannya -「般若」,亦是餐牌上的一第一杯。杯中的「般若」冰塊是洛神花茶,Coocktail以Gin、柑橘及焙茶混合而成。自行把酒倒進杯中,與洛神花茶融合,令酒慢慢變淺紅色,非常漂亮,味道亦十分合我心意。.....想找點吃的配酒,故點了一客雞脾肉串,雞脾肉嫩滑帶有雞皮,以鹽調味,簡簡單單已經非常好吃。

坐下後,調酒師過來問我有什麼喜好,我告訴他我喜歡Gin Base且低糖的組合,故他為我調了一杯Hannya -「般若」,亦是餐牌上的一第一杯。杯中的「般若」冰塊是洛神花茶,Coocktail以Gin、柑橘及焙茶混合而成。自行把酒倒進杯中,與洛神花茶融合,令酒慢慢變淺紅色,非常漂亮,味道亦十分合我心意。

gishiki lounge中環大館氣氛浪漫保留著英國殖民地時代建築特色除了有不同展覽及小店大館還設有數家有特色的餐廳跟酒吧而其中位於大館lg1 的gishiki lounge 是家一直想到訪的bar裝修帶有日系色彩而cocktail 的名稱亦非常日系點了2杯它們的特色cocktail大飛出用了gin, orange sake, 還有white peach上層的泡沫帶有白桃味而cocktail 很fruity很易入口一角仙人這杯酒精味很濃帶有強烈的檸檬味 及花香沒想到這裡的cocktail 有外表 同時也很有內函佐酒小食雞腿肉串燒外面燒得很香很香調味也做得到位小小鹹肉嫩炸蝦天婦羅4隻大蝦蝦肉彈牙炸粉脆沾上天婦羅汁配合得天衣無縫#gishikiloungehk

中環。大館舒適日系酒吧跟朋友到訪這一間日系酒吧Cocktails 設計源於不同日式面譜特點概念而創造,由於我不太懂喝酒,所以不要扮專家獻醜了!🔸清酒🍶 free flow $150 (2:00 p.m. -10:00 p.m.)這個價錢非常相宜,下午開始便可以和朋友喝🍶談談天至晚上,假如你喜愛清酒,這個是非常不錯的選擇。🔸小食的價錢由$38至$118 即叫即炸天婦羅蝦有驚喜啊,很香脆啊!後記:對於不太懂喝酒的我,這裏的Cocktail容易入口,小食也不錯,bartender外表很cool,但是十分友善,環境當然很適合打卡啦😜
