大蝦都好正肉質拍得住龍蝦,伴碟有小青椒同多士,剛好為食左咁多海鮮中間增添其他味道同口感,但咖喱汁比較辣配蝦嘅時候有啲搶咗原生食材嘅味道,配多士就剛好。❗️如果唔食得辣嘅朋友都唔使怕,廚師係烹調前會問你食唔食得辣,可以改做唔辣嘅醬汁,好貼心。同行嘅長輩話唔辣嘅醬汁都好好食。

美國牛肉薄燒
牛肉方面,我哋揀咗美國薄切牛肉,呢一款菜式廚師先煎香左牛肉片再包裹埋炸蒜片同蔥一件件咁放喺麵包上面,麵包有吸油嘅作用,等牛肉就唔會太肥膩。雖然平時我係唔鍾意食蔥既,但出奇地覺得依款菜式唔錯,可能因為牛肉味同蒜片嘅味道都好突出,完全唔覺有濃烈嘅蔥味,好似多咗啲蔬菜咁幫牛肉減輕左油膩感,加埋脆蒜片同埋軟林林嘅牛肉,幾樣嘢一齊食口感唔錯。

炒飯味道好淡唔夠香,加上米方面感覺唔似用日本米唔夠單牙。因為之前聽朋友講大部份鐵板燒嘅炒飯都係精彩嘅結尾,但不似預期有啲美中不足。

甜品/咖啡
甜品方便每人都必定會有師傅即場整既阪神砂糖吐司,甜甜地脆卜卜好好食。另外會比客人揀雪糕泡芙或者咖啡,唔知係咪因為已經食咗好多嘢,所以最後比既雪糕泡芙比較細粒,味道唔算特別出面超時會買到,反而咖啡都幾香濃,建議大家揀咖啡作結。

💬:環境舒適私隱度高,無論店員或廚師方面都好細心講解同埋有禮貌。食物方面各樣主食都新鮮同好有水準,啖啖肉絕對唔會肚餓,唯獨係炒飯同少部份魚生有改善嘅空間,今次嘅鐵板燒體驗都好滿足,有機會下次都會想再試下其他時令嘅本日海鮮,希望可以試到雪魚啦,聽朋友講唔錯。

服務方面,初時覺得服務貼心不錯的,但食到最尾女侍應問我們要甜品或咖啡時,我們點的套餐餐牌上是沒有咖啡揀的,而另一個商務套餐才有,我怕她搞錯,因為坐我們隔離的是點了商務餐,我便同她說我們的套餐沒有咖啡揀哦,她竟然大聲及用晦氣態度同我講:而家有得揀咖啡!
當時她的態度令我有點錯愕
本來用餐愉快的到最後變得不愉快了

網上見到好多好評,所以慶祝生日黎試吓。呢度好處就係星期六日午市套餐都係一樣,感覺較為抵食,買第二套套餐仲有半價!所以四個人來是比較抵食,所以揀了和牛薄燒星期日12點就來到,四個人可以一間房,侍應同廚師服務都很好,有每道菜作介紹,斟茶收碟速度亦都很快龍蝦鮑魚大蝦都很新鮮,和牛真材實料!整體用餐愉快,餐廳亦唔會急急趕你走。有啲驚喜廁所有放咗漱口水俾顧客用,非常貼心所以應該會有下次,有機會可能就試下厚燒!
