今天約了朋友在灣仔逛街。 路過了一家燒味,因為最近忽然有些饞燒味,又到了晚上飯點,便進去嘗鮮。 店面不大,小小的,離灣仔地鐵站B出口,走3分鐘的距離。 因為週六的關係,剛剛6點,店裡還有空位,沒有等待便入座了。店員服務很熱情,我們剛入座,便斟水和上了兩碗例湯。 見我們兩個人,主動推薦了2人套餐。 於是我們點了乳豬拼燒鵝,拍蒜鼓汁蒸鯧魚,涼拌青瓜雞爪及蠔油芥蘭。乳豬是店員推薦,外皮酥脆,入口十分有層次。個人十分喜歡燒鵝,燒鵝皮酥酥的,有嚼勁,滿口油和肉汁,但又不覺得膩。肥膿腩叉十分推薦,叉腩烤的將將好,瘦肉上帶有少少的油脂,甜香充滿了口腔,一口一口停不下來,一點也不油膩。鯧魚十分新鮮,蒜蓉豆豉提出蒸魚的鮮香,和魚肉一起入口,鹹淡剛好,很好吃。雞爪是冰鎮的,入口嘎吱嘎吱的,脆又有嚼勁。 與燒味一起吃,又解膩又清爽,夏天十分推薦。這家灣仔的燒味店還是十分推薦的,店員熱情親切,還有個細節,店內的餐具上都印有黃金燒味的 logo ,可見店家的用心。
