最近都食左不少食日本菜,西菜, ,諗食乜,諗黎諗去都冇乜好idea,於是諗起不如轉下口味,今日一於就試個泰國菜!所以就上網睇下有咩好推介,好多人都推薦既一間泰國菜館-九龍城尼一間金蘭花。我地點左好多野食,咁就簡幾款黎講下啦!泰式鳯爪見到人地個碟好靚,所以叫了一碟,都幾辣,味道就普通啦 辣椒羔炒青口大概是今晚最好食的一味菜(個人認為,其他都吾差的) ,上枱時賣相很吸引的,醬汁看似很濃的,食洛完全不辣,青口肉質尚算是新鮮,下次都要再同屋企人尼過!! 麵包咖喱雞呢個係焦點,因為我地一向都好鍾意用麵包配咖喱,所以呢個大家都食得好開心,個人黎講如果個咖喱多返d辣會更好,因為呢個偏向香甜椰汁味多~

想揾一間食正宗泰國菜嘅餐館,朋友介紹話有間泰國菜餐廳金蘭花值得一試,我係中午時段,就打電話約埋朋友放工後,慢慢行住街過去到埗後,餐館環境都特别,感覺上溫馨簡單,入到去睇完菜牌就同朋友決定點菜了,點了一個小食拼盤還有燒烏頭,這裡的醬料味道非常不錯,酸酸地開胃,魚身肉質都滑~燒烏魚咸度剛剛好,內裡的肉質滑而又新鮮,不會燒到好乾。拼盤內有各種類的食物,串燒配搭的醬汁也是濃郁可口,令人回味無窮,吃到正宗的泰國菜,真的是大滿足~

今日同舊同學敘舊,去左九龍城搵野食,行左一陣就決定去食泰國菜,估唔到係一餐驚喜晚餐,唔係咁肚餓嘅我地嗌左2樣餸,前菜柚子沙律,甜甜酸酸的,非常之咁開胃,本身都好驚柚子會好苦好澀,但今次又冇呢個情況出現,同埋個沙律汁到特別,吾係用平時既沙律醬的,但呢個沙律汁又竟然同柚子幾夾。然後重點來了,咖哩蟹又新鮮又大大隻,咖哩椰汁味濃,唔會感覺太過辣,再嗌埋個白飯黎配咖哩汁真係一流,有呢個咖哩汁送飯我諗真係食四五碗都得!!

金蘭花的性價比高,口味都算正宗,一直都獲得朋友的一致好評,價錢很公道,款式又多,來到泰國菜餐廳又點少得咖哩類,不想吃太多肉,所以沒有點咖哩雞,只是點了咖哩蟹,蟹確實很大隻,非常多肉,肉質很新鮮,香辣的咖哩味非常美味,但又不會太過辣,又用了洋蔥來調味,重點是完全不會蓋過鮮甜的蟹肉味,用想放白飯或者薄餅真係一流!但我再點了一個炒金邊炒,味道甜甜的,我發現泰國的炒麵類通常都是甜的,不知道是不是泰國人都很愛這樣的口味,但不得不說味道又真的挺好吃。

我一向都好喜歡泰國菜,呢間就在公司旁边,走三分鍾而已, 裝修簡單, 泰國菜甜甜酸酸真係好開胃,同事帶我去食的,貌似是私房菜啊,非常不錯的東南亞風味,菜品口味地道,食材新鲜。中午吃飯時間果然是能坐滿的,生意不錯。味道整體來說還不錯吧!明爐烏頭和咖喱蟹必點,招牌美味,绝對不能错過。烏頭魚酸酸甜甜的,口感比較清淡,能吃出魚的清香, 另外,叫左黃咖哩蟹,呢個咖哩加埋薄餅一齊食,真係好好味,食落都幾有正宗泰式菜的感覺。

九龍城好多出名嘅泰國菜食,今次試依間環境就比較舊派,舖頭位置都唔多,但都坐得舒服!兩個人嗌左個生蝦、馬拉盞炒通菜、豬頸肉同菠蘿炒飯share黎食個生蝦好新鮮,完全無腥味,依到有埋炸蝦頭同蝦尾,不過驚熱氣無試到個通菜就炒得麻麻地,可能係啲菜太老唔新鮮,有啲硬,好難咬!個燒豬頸肉好好食!燒得岩岩好,肉質係好嫩滑,完全唔會難咬,肉汁好豐富,真係忍唔住係咁食菠蘿炒飯都好食,唔會炒到好乾,好多肉鬆!野飲就嗌左泰式奶茶,不過依間個味同泰國飲就差得有啲遠,個茶味唔太一樣,有啲失望。但整體黎講依間都中規中矩嘅,唔太差但都唔太特別話好好食,除左燒豬頸肉高質外其他無乜太突出。

我地點左個菠蘿炒飯,本身我吾係特別喜歡食菠蘿炒飯,但上次去泰國被朋友影響左,所以都愛上了,而金蘭花依度既菠蘿炒飯真係好好食!!!同泰國既味道差不多,都係將炒飯放係菠蘿入面,面頭仲有滿滿的肉鬆。另外我地仲點左個炒青口,青口新鮮,味道亦都非常惹味。

都吾會好多骨,大人小朋友都岩食,而個湯清清地但因為有魚既關係,
所以好鮮甜。麵包咖哩蟹~咖哩吾會太辣,好惹味,差啲想叫個白飯黎配咖哩,
麵包吸晒滿滿既咖哩汁,真係好好食,蟹都好鮮甜,而且份量都好多,幾個人食都可以

好耐冇食過泰國野,所以黎左呢間金蘭花泰國私房菜試下,一聽到係私房菜就感覺好似幾專業幾正宗咁,雖然吾係好豪華既裝修,但好有家的感覺,好親切。餐牌入面既種類都算幾多,好多野食都想試下。泰式海南雞,份量好多,好抵食,重好細心咁已經去左骨,肉質滑口,啖啖都係肉好滿足,點上金蘭花特製既泰式醬汁,真係好特別,再配上充滿香茅味既油飯,真係非常享受。炒芥蘭味道都不錯的,食左咁多肉再清清地食下菜真係岩晒,芥蘭一啲都吾老,食落爽口。
