我有個朋友喺群組極力推介我哋去太子有一間食西式大餐嘅餐廳,有牛扒、豬扒、羊扒、雞扒食,全部都好新鮮,好有懷舊味道,亦有多款鐵板食品選擇,仲係好多顧客要攞票喺出邊門外等候,朋友亦話這間餐廳預計要等一陣間啫,這間餐廳叫做金鳳大餐廳,位於太子荔枝角道102號金鳳樓地舖,港鐵太子站C2出口,行幾分鐘就到,非常方便。我哋入餐廳前都係等咗10分鐘啫,門口真係有唔少顧客喺度等,仲有唔少顧客來外賣,亦見到有外賣員工來接食品,真係一間好食嘅懷舊餐廳。金鳳大餐廳係舊式經典扒房,有濃厚舊式香港風味及懷舊西式風格,牆上仲掛上唔少以前香港嘅報紙,見到啲報道是讚這間餐廳扒房嘅食物好好食,亦讚餐廳店員友善及服務態度好,座位都令人坐得舒服,來這裏食真不錯。餐廳嘅餐牌入邊嘅食物款式真係好多,食物嘅照片都好令人吸引,店員仲好主動咁介紹俾我哋,唔同肉類既特質,醬汁嘅味道,除咗扒類,亦都有米飯、意粉、沙律,最後我哋就揀左美國安格斯肉眼扒餐和金鳳飯,店員仲好細心推介肉眼扒最好揀五成熟,入口好食。美國安格斯肉眼扒餐有附送餐湯、餐包同飲品,好快餐湯同餐包就來,個餐包上枱時係熱而且好鬆軟,搽上牛油就快速溶哂,真係令人食得開心滿足,而餐湯有得選擇,選羅宋湯或忌廉湯,就選咗忌廉湯,忌廉湯好有奶油味,綿滑質感,而且有不少嘅肉碎,足料好喝,而且味道同個餐包一齊食都好配合。而飲品來了經典港式飲品熱檸水,勁有檸檬香味,又係好夾食扒餐。美國安格斯肉眼扒上枱後,店員就幫手加黑椒汁,當黑椒汁淋下,啲醬汁與鐵板融合產生嘅滋滋喳喳聲來伴隨肉味香氣,令人開心開胃,塊安格斯肉眼扒份量很大,五成熟睇落岩岩好,切開係搵唔到血水,見到小小粉紅色,肉質好淋好軟,仲好多肉汁,咬落牛肉優質鮮嫩,而配菜有新鮮嘅翠玉瓜同香脆嘅炸薯條,兩樣都好配合牛扒來食。而金鳳飯份量夠晒大碟, 有雞扒、雞蛋、火腿、米飯,雞扒都非常大件,而且十分嫩滑,雞蛋亦煎得好香味,火腿食落爽口,三樣食物都好配合同飯嚟食,好有舊式茶餐廳嘅味道,真係唔錯,食得好夠飽,這間傳統老餐廳金鳳真係好值得推薦俾大家來食。 continue reading

荔枝角道總店的呢間金凤大餐厅好出名的,於是趁得閒過來試一下,飯點時間,等位就梗噶啦,無他,真系夠好味啊嘛。等咗大半個鐘,有得埋位。總店位置雖然唔會話非常闊落,但卡位都尚算舒適。試過曬距地絕大部分牛排,個人強烈推薦美國牛小排,半熟,加生蒜,鐵板上!真系試過都話正。首先餐包同忌廉湯,一如既往有水準。餐包熱辣辣,夠曬軟熟,搽埋牛油,掂!忌廉湯今次稍微鹹咗少少,不過自己本身淡口,不過不失啦。主菜:大大份牛小排,$200都唔使,真系去邊度搵。個人喜好,生蒜會撥落鐵板煎出香味,甘樣可以同牛小排出黎噶牛油充分混合,更具風味。五成牛排,肉質鮮嫩,又多汁。入口非常順滑,肉味同油脂一齊迸發,真系恰到好處。搭配煎香過噶生蒜,又唔會太油膩,正啊! continue reading
