為左慶祝好朋友k小姐生日,我地一行五人黎到金聯食聞名已久既蒸氣鍋成晚都只有三台客,食物冇特別好食,而且侍應實在太hard sell la 我地叫左7,8樣野食,加埋個粥底已經勁飽,但佢仲不停叫我地食啲貴野,好多好普通既食物都標價太貴,加上侍應因為我地冇點叫佢sell既野食,全程黑面!我地5個仲好禮貌過佢,真心唔會再黎! 個皮炸得幾脆,裡面既豆腐仲好滑!朋友n小姐話雞翼完全唔入味!應該冇醃過!重頭戲黎啦!都幾鮮!好普通好林,應該落左好多鬆肉粉呢個幾好食啲麵出其地入味!雞都好嫩普普通通粥底都冇特別鮮味!

蒸氣鍋聽得多但真正用黎煮食第一次唔係朋友叫到我都發現唔到呢間食店主打用蒸氣鍋煮食試過後真的愛上其蒸煮後食物的清甜,原有鮮味先講下環境先此處有房可讓成班朋友或親朋戚友共聚如果喜歡熱鬧,亦可選擇坐外面今次我地成班則選擇坐房內,方便靜靜地邊吃邊聊間房感覺好古色古香呢當日仲點了好多菜,可惜我姗姗來遲不過都食到其他菜好似呢款大粥底HKD80,粥好綿滑,清甜呢款係我最愛吃,想不到用蒸氣鍋煮出來的菜,肉丸,蕃薯仔,粟米,南瓜可以咁原汁原味蒸氣鍋把菜的天然清甜味完全地釋放而且無添加,好鮮呀(四色時蔬HKD68/肉丸15粒HKD128(3色)/甜薯HKD28)用來蒸雞同樣好吃(雞半隻HKD168)雞好滑雞肉汁鎖在雞內而烏冬同樣滲入雞汁好似食緊用雞汁煮的一樣(烏冬HKD28)除了用蒸氣鍋煮的食物,亦有其他食物如呢款避風塘雞翼HKD88好惹味,有香蒜香氣呢度仲有我最愛的海鮮蝦(HKD120/6)聖子(HKD464/8)鮮甜海鮮,大大隻好鮮味羅漢果茶HKD28/瓶夠曬健康無加糖解膩又解渴解燥黎呢度除左食一般蒸氣蔬菜,海鮮同樣新鮮,款式又夠多,最好就係成班人黎!

舊公司係塘尾道,班舊友話係舊公司集合,係附近搵野食,一行有10個8個,都係去酒樓食多,點不知有個阿姐話去金聯吃,我還是以為係酒樓,我呢D論資排輩都無得出聲的。一去到金聯,有點驚訝,不…不是酒樓?會不會坐到我們10個8個呢?然後阿姐同知客打左聲招呼,話入去啦!等左都無一分鐘喎…入到去係有一千零一間VIP房,房入面有我最愛的…唔係林峯..係電視機!!仲播緊BOBBY拍緊的蘇東坡…立即撈電視汁,都唔理佢地叫咩菜了。好快黎左D小吃,我覺得有趣的是”連藕餅”,中間仲夾住D豬肉,炸得表面鬆脆乾身,內裡有點豬肉咸香和肉汁包住,非常可口。其實我不得不提一下的是手拍青瓜,可能我是河童(小名),真係愈來愈喜歡青瓜,呢到D青瓜有D似係日本青瓜,多水份又甜,手拍得黎不會麻,有少少香、辣,好岩我們唔吃得辣的人食枱中間有個洞,係用黎食蒸氣鍋,呢個得2層,上面放材料,下面放米和水。吃蒸氣鍋當然都要吃幾樣海鮮,而我比較愛吃他們的蝦和蟶子,好鮮甜,蒸完保留了本身的原汁原味,又不會韌,加少少豉油就已經夠哂味。

朋友話有種類似打邊爐的邊爐話味道吾錯,話想再去食過,所以係平日(星期四)同朋友去試下。去到8點鐘,朋友開始黎啦,因為多人關係訂座已經可以有房座,入到去有電視同另外仲有冷氣較添。大圓桌中間有個大㘣鍋 ,有三款醬汁選擇 但其實到最後係差不多沒有用到了,因材料太鮮味吾想浪費。一去到倒左少少水同幾舊肉,我仲心諗咁少水點份?點知....(一陣就知)!原來這裡食品係用蒸形式整,待應會因吾同食材而用吾同時間煮,所以待應係每隔幾分鐘就會入一入黎。原來都幾健康。羅漢果和竹庶芧根水:好喜歡吾甜之餘,有返原本羅漢果和竹庶芧根水味道,好清熱又吾會得甜字,足料煲出來。金磚豆腐:炸得吾油之餘保持到豆腐滑度,甲起黎又吾爛,都係考工夫之作。生炒骨:味道比心目中好味,有少少肥膏加肉好香口,口感吾硬。酸汁較得剛好味而又吾杰身,配菜有青椒,洋䓤同菠蘿都入味 。金銀蛋白菜仔:份量多同味道剛好,金銀蛋(咸蛋,皮蛋,雞蛋)好香而個湯吾濃。蝦,聖子:好大隻同超鮮甜,材料新鮮。蒸既時間配合剛好,口感一流。冬蟲草雞加烏冬:烏冬放下面吸晒雞汁好味道,雞件都新鮮嫩滑加上冬蟲草,味道濃又吾咸。手打丸加蕃薯仔:手打丸彈牙,入面仲有少少肉好有咬

進食前在鍋底加入了白米,
到了最後,先前所吃的海鮮汁及肉汁都會流到鍋底

總括而言, 這是一家食物質素相當高的地道菜館
新鮮的海鮮, 配合人氣蒸氣鍋調法
絕對是完美的配合, 表現出海鮮的最鮮最甜!
而且服務都是一流, 店員上每道菜前都會介紹是甚麼海鮮

其實間野主打係新鮮同原汁原味,所以個人認為唔加醬汁先好,加左是油啊之後反而會蓋過左鮮甜味,如果真係食的,可以先試下食每道菜時,唔沾是油,真係唔夠味先再沾黎食。

最後黎到個粥底喇,質地又線又軟,但所期望既鮮甜就真係爭左d,同我地預期既有出入,可能期望過高啦,其實唔錯既,但唔好期望係好正果種啦!我地有預留左油炸鬼,但可以不試,因為油炸鬼完全唔抬又唔脆又靱。

同同事fairwell ,其中一位同事大力推介依間,就跟大隊啦!訂左一間房,仲有懷舊卡啦ok店員極力推介炸豆腐及咕嚕肉做前菜,好肚餓的話,可以叫黎頂住先。但我梗係留肚食海鮮啦!海鮮好新鮮,但個粥底太多水,令到啲牛肉老哂!可作改善。總括黎講,記住叫多啲人黎食,可以食多幾款!
