肚餓,烚吓烚吓嚟到呢間中餐廳食晚飯,打開張菜單,求其點咗四個餸,魚蝦蟹,同埋雞,嘩!原來樣樣都咁勁,真係冇嚟錯。瓦罉焗胡椒蝦 上菜用瓦罉,六隻大頭蝦埋在半罉的胡椒內,到桌上,一陣胡椒與蝦的混合氣體已經攻上來。挖開胡椒取蝦,蝦頭下面開邊蝦膏湧現出來。唔使講,色香味齊全,好食。粟米鱈魚球六嚿淺黃色的炸物體,一咬落去,外層的粉漿很薄,而且又很鬆化,內裏的鱈魚球,真是不得了,柔軟,又滑,味道又啱啱好,好少食到咁靚嘅炸魚球。炸功 一流,做到裏面啲魚啱啱好,熟而不柴。百花炸釀松葉蟹鉗兩隻大蟹鉗, size夠大,食落去外脆內煙靭,好有大嚿蟹肉嘅口感,咁樣食蟹肉,都十分有滿足感。黑松露手撕雞手撕雞雞肉在在下,雞皮鋪在上面,幾片黑松露鋪在中間,個賣相已經夠吸,上枱時,只見雞皮,不見雞肉。如果唔講,以為係北京填鴨。雞肉不柴,雞皮脆而黑松露味十分濃郁,配搭一絕。四個小菜,我都十分欣賞,廚師的手藝到家且精致,我亦相信他/們是十分用心去做。我響香港好少食到咁啱我口味嘅小菜。上網睇吓,原來米芝蓮有星嘅,唔怪得知啦。

兩隻大蟹鉗, size夠大,食落去外脆內煙靭,好有大嚿蟹肉嘅口感,咁樣食蟹肉,都十分有滿足感。

黑松露手撕雞
手撕雞雞肉在在下,雞皮鋪在上面,幾片黑松露鋪在中間,個賣相已經夠吸,上枱時,只見雞皮,不見雞肉。如果唔講,以為係北京填鴨。雞肉不柴,雞皮脆而黑松露味十分濃郁,配搭一絕。

四個小菜,我都十分欣賞,廚師的手藝到家且精致,我亦相信他/們是十分用心去做。

我響香港好少食到咁啱我口味嘅小菜。上網睇吓,原來米芝蓮有星嘅,唔怪得知啦。

最後以醬油安格斯牛肉石窩炒飯來作結,炒飯上堆滿木魚絲,石窩既熱力令木魚絲起舞 ,增加香味之餘亦撩起食欲,炒飯炒得粒粒分明,配料細切,每一口肉與飯都均衡分佈。淡淡醬油香配上木魚香同牛肉油份,三者溶為一體,越食越惹味,有驚喜既係鍋底熱力迫出飯焦,增加口感,又有一番風味。

五道菜份量剛剛好,唔會太多又唔會太少,每道菜味道質素都相當好,老婆都食到好滿意!駿景軒的確係一間隱於鬧市既高質素中菜廳,絕對值得推介。

最近有朋友生日,因為想搵啲影到靚相嘅地方,而朋友又想食中菜,所以就搵到呢間餐廳啦。一去到就見到個環境真係好靚,而且雖然好多客人,但係佢枱同枱之間都分得好開,方便一班朋友聚會傾偈。因為生日嘅朋友鍾意食辣,所以我哋都叫咗三樣辣嘅嘢,分別係水煮魚,水煮牛肉同埋辣子雞。估唔到樣樣都好出色,平時喺香港食川菜,通常都唔夠辣,但係呢度夠辣之餘仲好有風味。而我覺得最值得讚嘅就係個水煮牛肉,因為多數水煮牛肉嘅牛肉都唔夠嫩,但係呢度嘅牛肉味好夠,而且份量又夠多,嗰個食完都讚啊。另外值得讚嘅就係個辣子雞,因為佢唔係好多炸漿,而且又夠辣,啲雞嘅生熟程度都啱啱好。呢間酒店餐廳又高級又平,性價比真係好高,下次都一定會再嚟啊。

終於到咗月頭,可以同朋友食餐好嘅,知道灣仔駿景酒店有間餐館好出名,特登去試吓,交通尚算方便地鐵站一出行7分鐘就到,餐廳位於酒店裝修同埋格局都好有氣派,我哋被安排坐喺二人枱,之後我哋開始點餐,首先嗌咗黑松露手撕雞,開胃菜師傅把炸子雞撕開一條條,加上黑松露嘅香氣,簡直係冇得彈,之後有我最鍾意食嘅拔絲咕嚕肉,用咗麥芽糖去調甜味將咕嚕肉度包住,簡直係恰到好處,而且師傅將豬肉炸得好香脆,咬落去唔會太油膩,仲有炸蟹鉗,份量非常足夠,而且咬落去啖啖肉,亦都係今晚水準之一,最後點左安格斯牛肉炒飯,炒飯粒粒分明,加上安格斯牛肉配上師傅嘅醬汁簡直係冇得彈係我食過最好食嘅炒飯,加上用沙煱上菜令到炒飯更加香口,總括而言呢間餐廳水準服務都好高,下次可以再試吓其他菜式。
