同屋企人食飯,食得多中菜就想試下啲新野,於是就走左過來九龍城食泰菜。之前2次食過呢間覺得幾好食,於是帶埋屋企人嚟試下!一行6人可以share 多啲人,於是都無理到價錢就叫野食,結果叫到成枱都係😂😂(有啲都唔記得影@@)前菜叫啲串燒沙律 warm up 下先啦。每人先來1串雞肉,一串豬肉先!本身佢燒個陣啲肉已經用香料醃好曬先,所以一開始就咁食已經覺得好入咪,雞肉燒得嫩得嚟帶少少汁!豬肉就就相對鞋啲。沙嗲醬係靈魂,帶有少少花生味甜味,非常好食。泰式醃燒牛肉沙律,開頭我以為沙律會好多菜,上到嚟我以為上錯野,點知佢嘅重搭係醃燒牛肉。個牛勁好味,保留到牛肉嘅質感同牛肉香味,仲要加埋啲香料同秘製醬汁,超好食!食左勁多仲有pad thai, 呢間比較濕炒同偏酸,唔夠乾身,但味道都係ok.之後到重點燒雞,隻雞燒得乾身同皮脆,但係佢仲keep 到啲肉係比較嫩(不過未去到滑),平時我唔食皮都偷食左少少皮明爐梅子烏頭魚係我每次都會叫嘅食物。當日條魚好大條多肉,入面有好多菜同梅子,令到湯汁有少少酸酸地,非常惹味!我地仲有叫到野飲同其他野食(無影曬出嚟),但埋單每人都係2舊水到,超抵。
