身邊幾個老友都知我今年鐘意食蒸氣海鮮,就話今晚帶我去另一間蒸氣石鍋海鮮試下,去到原嚟系一間叫金御膳正宗海鮮蒸氣石鍋嘅飯店,招牌感覺好中式,應該會唔錯,服務態度都好NICE。今日目的好明確,今日兩個人都想食魚,就當二不一咁揀左花尾龍躉片,兩斤一共$498,兩斤魚片原嚟咁多,魚片切得比較厚身,上鍋蒸五分鐘左右就可以食喇,魚片肥美鮮甜無比,蒸得剛剛好,好滑,食魚要食夠日子嘅老魚,呢條魚好夠時間,肉都結實,嫩得嚟又爽口彈牙,睇落好多兩斤,好快就入我地肚喇,仲覺得唔夠胃口咁,正啊。南瓜豚骨粥,豚骨粥我第一交嘗試,感覺比一般魚骨更要鮮甜,南瓜所有嘅清甜都係呢煲粥發揮得淋離盡致,再加上魚骨嘅肉香味,估唔到呢兩樣嘢系咁夾,粥煲嘅時間雖然唔耐,但米都化開了,南瓜煲得好淋,軟綿綿,好香滑。今日就食一個魚一個菜,四寶蔬好抵食,有四種新鮮時蔬,分量好大,有娃娃菜,南瓜,粟米同菜心,樣樣都好清甜,好新鮮。

南瓜豚骨粥,豚骨粥我第一交嘗試,感覺比一般魚骨更要鮮甜,南瓜所有嘅清甜都係呢煲粥發揮得淋離盡致,再加上魚骨嘅肉香味,估唔到呢兩樣嘢系咁夾,粥煲嘅時間雖然唔耐,但米都化開了,南瓜煲得好淋,軟綿綿,好香滑。

諗住同屋企人去試下蒸氣火鍋(屋企人未食過) 咁上網揾下有邊間好食,跟住揾到金御膳呢間,見d食評都唔錯(非常後悔:sick 因為昨天係星期六同埋母親節前 所以預早兩日book 位,晚上7點半上 到去見到得兩三檯客人係到食緊,咁我地冇理照坐低,一睇張餐牌原來得好少野揀,比起潮福又貴又冇咩選擇,最後我地叫左2個銅獎套餐(有炸魚皮,但炸魚皮食落去似透左風,唔好食)跟住有好似蜆仔咁大既象拔蚌仔1隻(唔新鮮,食落去有D臭味) ,蜆仔2隻(蒸完都唔開口,應該係死蜆,食落去好似咬緊橡皮筋咁) ,美國桶蠔1隻(呢隻算係唔錯嫁啦~,龍躉班片2片(剃鬚刀片都大件過佢)味道就似普通魚冇分別 ,仲有元貝1隻味道都係一般,手打丸1粒(細過粒玻子)食落去冇乜味 ,再加多幾條娃娃菜咁就要$398一位最少2位叫起,咁我地4個邊夠食呀,咪再叫多四寶菜$88,蝦米雲吞6粒$48(雲吞皮蒸到乾真真,D蝦就似蝦米咁細粒,D雲吞內都係冇咩肉味既),菜肉餃6粒$48(呢隻菜肉餃算係好味),雲耳雞半隻$148(D雞碎上,望落去好似好多,但食落口全部係骨,雞仰要冇雞味,最後仲叫左個4式刺身拼盆$268叫完先知得幾件(幾件剃鬚刀片都大

為了母親節提早跟家人一起出去食飯,第一次同家人去試蒸氣火鍋。母親節當然以媽媽鍾意既野黎點啦,點左媽媽喜歡既海鮮等佢開心下。雜魚($300)魚的份量都幾多,但可惜的是魚骨部份比較多,係食既時候比較麻煩,唔可以做到大舊大舊咁放入口黎食,蒸完之後十分新鮮熱辣,魚肉肉質十分鮮美,只需輕輕加醬油就好好味。蟶子皇($232)蟶子大大隻都幾新鮮,肉質十分鮮嫩,但一人一隻又未必夠喉,只可以淺嚐一下。蟲草花新鮮雞半隻($168)雞肉都幾鮮嫩加上蟲草花好似都幾補下,雖然只點左半隻雞但份量都幾多都好夠食,用黎送隻就最好,熟左既雞肉仍然有好多肉汁流出可以撈飯黎食。

黑西班牙黑毛豬件($168) 西班牙黑毛豬件,和相中一樣,非常惹人喜愛,色澤非常誘人,油脂分佈平均,白色的脂肪猶如精緻的石紋在肉上分佈,和一般在市面的豬肉明顯不是同一個檔次,但是份量就略少,只有八大片,真是意猶未盡!我們差點忍不住想下單多一客,但想到之後的豐盛美食,我們才打消念頭.再一次又是待應殷勤的幫忙,將豬肉鋪在石鍋上面,豬肉較薄,所以很快便熟透,咬下去第一個感覺就是肉汁非常豐富,因為油分比較多,所以輕輕就可以咬開,然後濃濃的豬肉甘香就在口中久久不散,雖然價錢比較貴,但是一分錢一分貨,這味菜完符合他的價格!

安格斯牛粒(小) ($168) 安格斯牛粒實在是喜愛牛肉的我們最期待的一味菜,但是看相片也知道賣相一般,所以當待應捧上來的時候我們都有點失望,脂肪佔整塊牛的比例也有點大,佔大約三分之一,由於較厚所以烹調的時間稍長,但是始終油份太重,口感和味道也略為遜色.

瑤柱准山粥(小)($98) 畫上完美句點?未完,最精彩部份一開始的粥底。每次蒸煮時的水氣、每一樣食材的每一份精華都流入粥底內,到最後就成為鮮美非常、又綿滑非常的粥,就算再飽都忍不住將一大鍋一掃而光。每人有兩碗份量,食完感覺大滿足。

今日黎土瓜灣揾個朋友,跟住為左揾個地方好好坐低傾下偈,就費事走出我mk揾野食,一上openrice就見到呢邊開左間食蒸海鮮嘅舖頭,於是就簡去左果度開飯喇。一坐低當然見到個窩喇,真係令人有期待嘅感覺。蟲草花蒸雞雞肉好嫩,而且蒸出來食到雞嘅原味,不過感覺有點油膩美國蠔第一種係食蒸海鮮嘅舖頭食生蠔,令人感覺好滑身好冰涼,不過個人都係鐘意啲咸味更重嘅蠔種。金蒜豚肉粒呢度嘅豚肉粒入口厚實,而家好有肉味,而且餐廳煮得岩岩好,入口又唔會老。臘味糯米飯,呢個糯米飯就真係一定要叫喇,臘味嘅份量同糯米飯嘅份量都算多,感覺真係好抵食,因為價錢唔貴之餘又飽肚,糯米飯口感岩岩好,唔好太軟又唔會太硬,啖啖滋味。南瓜排骨粥(細)粥入口嘅時候就食得出味道好淡,無左應有嘅鮮味,感覺有點令人失望。。。冀望下次再黎好似之前其他食蒸海鮮嘅舖頭啲粥咁好喇
