金雀餐廳,我已經食超過10年,餐廳懷舊的牆紙,為電影<花樣年華>而推出的<2046套餐> 亦叫人回味。早年因為租約和縮鋪而停開大半年,而最近都捱唔住地鋪貴租而搬遷,今日我都要懷緬過去~ :'(環境:舊港式扒房,翠綠牆紙,餐枱布,卡枱,木板間隔,這種餐廳係香港已經所淨無幾,這間亦將於月尾搬遷了。服務:由於所有人都趕住懷緬這餐廳,太多客,侍應都忙到上氣接唔接下氣,但服務仍然ok, 都照顧客人需要。食物:當然要點我最喜歡的<2046套餐>但我只可以話水準嚴重退步。1.白湯以前湯中有脆口的麵包,而家無左,失望。2. 沙律賣相一樣,可惜無左蘋果,無開胃感覺。3.田螺保持水準,可是薯蓉少左好多。4.羊扒羊扒算林,但毫無羊味。5.牛扒以前金雀的牛扒算係數一數二好食,肉林,牛味濃,但現在整塊扒比大家樂更差,好難咬,好多渣,嚴重失敗。金雀,加油呀!10年前你真係o係我同朋友心中讚歎不已的餐廳,但現在價錢加了,份量少了,為什麼水準卻大大差了~ 其實你地食物情懷遠勝於花樣年華個境,希望搬鋪後,你可以攞返你的真情懷出來!這個"OK" 我是比這10年的回憶,希望新鋪,我可以比"笑哈哈"。 加油!金雀! continue reading

好耐以前,同朋友一想食扒,就會嚟食呢間,事隔一段時間無嚟食,點知就失望到頂點…羅宋湯,以前飲完一碗好想飲第2碗架,今次我無飲晒包是熱的,軟林林魚柳,無咩要求啦西冷牛扒,本來是鐵板上嘅,但我改用碟上,一向我都係咁樣架,完全唔會影響個味道,但今次佢哋俾錯燒汁我,變得更加失望黑椒牛柳,老公站話夠林嘅,但無咩肉味有一個餐附送甜品,雖然係我愛嘅jelly,但已經無咩心情食凍檸茶,都屬於正常嘅熱檸水,一杯有4片檸檬咁多呀 continue reading

早前金雀關門,引發集體回憶,很多人當時慕名而來。但熱潮過後,人潮便慢慢散去! 這似乎是香港人的特色吧 ! 金雀餐廳仍然以2046和花樣年華等扒餐作招來,整體和關門前差不多。餐廳光猛些,環境作過少少裝修,也光鮮些。喜歡懷舊扒房的朋友,當然值得來! 但事實上扒餐不便宜,而且和健康飲食談不上關係。所以不會常來,偶然想懷舊和打下卡才會光顧!看來餐廳除了懷舊,也要加點新意思或新點子才會客似雲來了。 continue reading

同女朋友睇完戲就梗係搵野食啦,知道金雀餐廳裝修完,所以就去食一食,回味下,,,,,,,裝修完之後,都仲KEEP到個陣懷舊風格, 令人諗番起唔少王家衛電影既情節因為時間仲早,唔算好多人黎食因為我同女朋友都唔食牛,所以就各點左一個雞扒同羊架餐先黎既係餐湯, 一紅一白, 白湯問題就不太既,不過紅湯就太過酸雞扒就都幾乾下, 似係炸過先再煎(或者煎都無煎)個羊架就真係重點, 都幾差下, 無羊既香味, 肉亦唔多, 大部份都係肥肉, 食落亦太淋, 都幾唔新鮮間餐廳靚係幾靚,但係此終D食物都唔可以難食架嘛, 唔可以打住懷萏老店既牌頭,就唔洗理食物既質素架嘛, 失望失望 continue reading

銅鑼灣老牌餐廳,重新裝修後變得整潔外,亦能保持懷舊的情懷,牆上掛有花樣年華的劇照。餐廳內光缐偏暗,放著60,70年代的英文歌或音樂,令人感覺無比放鬆下享受一個休閒的午餐。粟米石班意粉,石班肉一般,粟米汁濃稠,有兒時吃西餐的感覺。鑊仔牛柳意粉,牛柳有3中塊,牛柳肉雖有些靱,但意粉是預先用茄汁煑過,凈身已經很好味了。紅白湯任選一款,白湯:忌廉湯夠熱,唔似醬汁咁太過creamy,好飲。紅湯:羅宋湯亦是用蔬菜煑成,並不是用大量茄膏煑成嗰種,味道不太濃烈。 continue reading
