今日好懶,懶得煮餸,咁斬料就最適合嘞,較早前聽朋友提過西灣河既阿爺燒鵝餐室既燒味吾錯,咁啱又經過附近,咁就更係要一試啦,行到門口,見到堂食既座位幾乎全滿,亦有吾少人外賣斬料加餸。鍾意食雞既我,見到玫瑰油雞、貴妃雞都好肥大,心思思都想食,特別喜愛既油雞就要了一隻,另外貴妃雞都吾想放過(因家人喜歡😁)咁買了小小(上庄)即1/4隻既雞翼部分比家人滿足下,雞肉肉質嫩滑,加埋佢地獨有味道既薑蓉,我喜歡💕,淨薑蓉撈飯都吾錯。

去到西灣河,肚仔餓。見到間主打燒鵝既鋪頭,就入去試下啦。在外面見到掛住既燒味,感覺非常吸引叫左個二人餐($168),好快黎到,都幾豐富。尤其是那碟邪惡黃金蛋,本來以為是普通的炒蛋,原來是加了咸蛋黃,配起來十分之好食。燒腩仔好食,皮幾脆,肉質唔錯,咸味適中。來到了主角燒鵝,不知是否來自兩隻不同的鵝,第一層冇咩肥膏,不過肉質幾好。第二層則太肥,感覺還好。加左5蚊將其中一碗飯換左做鵝油撈麵,好食,值得一換。

原來是加了咸蛋黃,配起來十分之好食。
燒腩仔好食,皮幾脆,肉質唔錯,咸味適中。

再來搵阿爺,上次因為收工時間吾早,去到時已經好晚,想食的脆皮腩仔,玫瑰油雞都售罄了,不過被其他燒味吸引到。最後外賣左阿爺义燒(半斤)蜜汁燒排骨(半斤)貴妃雞(下庄)樣樣都吾錯,加埋都係$150,好質素這價錢,相當超值。今次收工早了,唸起燒味,又想斬料加餸,再去阿爺燒鵝,入到餐廳,坐滿晒人,見到還有想食的脆皮腩仔、玫瑰油雞(下庄),即刻落單外賣,個人覺得腩仔咸味適中,油雞好肥美,雞大隻、肉嫩滑,配合埋他們的薑蓉,好正。

身為東區友,曾經都聽聞過哩間阿爺燒味係幾有料的,難得今日早放工,一於去斬料加餸係門口已經見到一排排立立靚嘅燒鵝,望落好肥美價錢中規中矩,主打都係做熟客仔架喇樣樣燒味望落都好靚色水,搞到人心大心細。員工好熱情,一入門口就問我外賣定堂食,落單快手乾脆既然哩度最出名就燒鵝,一於叫份燒鵝下庄+油雞下庄番屋企。油雞下庄 ($40)油雞望落色澤好靚,肶位漲卜卜咁,睇見都流晒口水食落雞肉果然好滑好嫩,就連唔係肶位都好滑溜,咸度適中,雞皮薄薄地忍唔到口都食左幾塊。好豐滿嘅雞肶肉,好有雞味招牌燒鵝下庄 ($138)燒鵝皮望落立立靚,充滿油份,係搭車番屋企嘅途中不時都聞到陣鵝味肥瘦比例剛好,食落皮仲有啲脆,咀嚼期間仲會聞到淡淡煙熏味,比我之前食過好出名燒鵝個間嘅分店仲好食!(可參閱之前小妹一篇燒鵝食評🙈🙈🙈)果然名不虛傳點埋醬汁,睇下幾靚好快我地就清晒。好在屋企人都好滿意,仲讚口不絕,不枉我早落車幾個站買番黎原來離我屋企咁近已經有間咁靚嘅燒味舖,以後一定會多啲幫襯!

今日到阿姨家食晚飯,雖然有工人姐姐煮餸,但因為阿姨好想食燒鵝的關係,所以就叫我去阿爺燒鵝斬料加餸。在門口見到成排燒鵝掛起,已經流哂口水,好想食啊燒鵝外賣一隻$438,半隻$225,上庒$120,下庒$138,阿姨叫我買下庒就得,因為得我地2個人食飯入到舖內落單時,見到仲有好靚嘅义燒,油雞,乳豬在呼唤我好啦!買多$30义燒la!趁住等緊外賣時,睇下呢篇貼在門上的新聞稿,原來呢度係用100日的「處女鵝」,用花椒,八角,淮盬,芫荽和唐芹放進鵝肚,最後用3種木材打碎後混入糖再煙燻而成。雖然不是堂食,但打開盒蓋仍然聞到陣陣煙燻香味,皮薄且脆,肉質嫩滑富彈性,肉汁豐盛,下庒鵝脾位置肉質更是滑溜,好美味半肥瘦义燒肉質鬆軟,黐牙,肥瘦比例均匀,蜜味剛剛好,不會偏甜,阿姨讚絕口餐廳乾淨整齊,下次一定要試下堂食,要試下熱騰騰,皮更脆的燒鵝
