輪到主菜慢煮伊比利亞黑毛鞍扒🥩,侍應有解釋豬扒裡面因為慢煮原因會出現啲粉紅色情況,確保係熟的。豬扒部位都算少筋腱位,所以非常容易切開,豬肉肉汁略多唔嚡口,無乜渣,豬肉油脂部份均勻唔會有一大舊肥膏係個扒度,肉味都OK。調味唔算多,好的食材調味相對單調。配埋個醬汁甜甜鹹鹹都幾滋味。
