先不說心形的焗盤好可愛哈哈🤍
表面的焦糖很脆但是燉蛋依然是冷凍口感
超喜歡這種這種恰好的溫度
因為外面有些餐廳在烤焦糖的時候用時過久

今晚和同事去銅鑼灣幫公司買嘢,之後一同去食晚飯,同事提議去駱克道Grill食泰菜菜同串燒,話好味又抵食。餐廳門口設計得好靚。尤其是🔥做型嘅燈,做到好似真係火燒一樣。玻璃廚窗見到廚師正在燒串燒,非常吸晴。落單買票後可以入座,有專人為客人送餐。泰式去骨海南雞半隻,有雞味的, 肉質很鮮很嫩滑, 去咗骨的啖啖肉,超正!泰式串燒雞肉配炒飯及雜菜,串燒雞肉即叫即燒熱辣辣,雞肉香口,點些沙嗲醬汁好惹味,炒飯食落辣辣地,好味道!燒雞中翼,味道有辣有唔辣,當然有少少辣會比較好味,皮脆肉嫩又有肉汁,雞翼燒得啱啱好,而且好入味!燒白豬肉腸,肉味濃重,啖啖都散發出陣陣肉香味。串燒配啤酒,最佳拍檔!

青木瓜手撕雞沙律
估唔到呢份青木瓜手撕雞咁大份,真係對得住呢個價錢,底層嘅青木瓜份量都幾多,手撕雞鋪滿咗頂層,一夾都幾驚會多到跌落嚟,而且手撕雞嘅感覺都幾香滑軟熟,啱晒作為前菜享用。

最近返工比較忙,又要OT晚餐變咗食宵夜,宵夜時段喺銅鑼灣就搵到間聽講好好味嘅串燒店,所以試吓!未行入舖頭已經聞到好正嘅燒烤味,我同男朋友立即叫咗一個雞肉串燒配炒飯,串燒熱辣辣仲好Juice,配埋炒飯有少少辣,食一啖再配埋嘢飲好過癮!之後我哋散叫咗唔同嘅串燒試吓,叫咗一個雞皮串燒,食落唔肥膩少少煙煙韌韌,嗰邊有少少脆口牛肉串燒好亂好香口不過記得一上海就即刻食凍咗就會冇咁嫩滑另外雞中翼都好有驚喜,先用香茅醃過,有自己BBQ嘅感覺因為我哋驚燒烤好dry,所以叫咗個燒菠蘿,菠蘿好厚身又唔會燒到好乾,建議大家一串菠蘿一串燒肉咁食!講起串燒點可以冇飲品?我男朋友叫咗一個茶啤,喺出邊都比較少試到,呢隻手工啤茶味同麥味都好平均口感比較新鮮,未試過嘅朋友可一叫。我自己就選擇龍眼冰,飲完唔會怕油膩最估唔到嘅竟然呢度有焦糖燉蛋,算係為今晚OT小小嘅安慰!面部焦糖好明顯有用火槍燒過焦糖脆口燉蛋嫩滑,形成好大嘅層次感。我男朋友話熱辣辣要即刻食!掛住食完全冇理過我,呢度食物好有質素!相信我哋一定會再encore!
