每次經過見到呢間泰國菜窗櫥擺晒一系列既串燒好吸引,主打串燒原來飯餐都好抵食! 餐廳由泰國人主理走快餐路線,份量唔少又免收加一,好抵食! 泰式串燒配菠蘿炒飯及雜菜雞肉燒得好香,沙嗲醬夠惹味。泰國風味烤肉串好吸引,串燒配菠蘿炒飯,味道不單有香茅味,蘸上店家秘調沙嗲醬,跟一口黃薑菠蘿炒飯好夾,以$72就可以食到3串雞肉串燒連檸茶或奶茶,價錢親民泰式豬手豬髀飯好懷念泰式鹵汁豬手飯,不用親身飛泰國,呢度都可以點到正宗版。一大碗豬手,不止肥美皮彈豬手,仲有帶皮脂香軟滑豬手皮、入味鹵蛋、豬脾肉、豬脷,附帶咸酸菜先係精華,滷汁有泰式香料氣味,汁拌白飯更美味,食後不口乾!點左個輕食杯裝泰式酸辣鳳爪沙律及豬頸肉沙律,鳳爪無骨方便易食,鳳爪皮雪白爽脆,味道酸辣香口。另一碟開胃小食同樣係酸辣風,有炭火烤微焦豬頸肉,厚切入口嘴嚼起帶油香!底下擺滿芹菜、蔥條、紅蘿蔔絲,配搭魚露香氣、洋葱、指天椒,口勁香勁滋味,特別啱好似我嗜辣朋友! continue reading
