To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

下班了！上學前還是先吃點東西。多次經過這店，總想找個機會試試，也許今次吧！看了一會收銀位上的餐牌，選了半份煙三文魚意式三文治，付款後要等一會。自己先找個位坐下，等了又等，過了近十分鐘仍未有，走出去counter看看，仍未有。又等了幾分鐘，終於有了！用紙碟盛著放托盤上，size 約我的半隻手掌大，意識上沒想過半份三文治是這麼細，還有，揭開意式麵包panini一看，有薄薄的煙三文魚一片，兩條洋蔥，兩片薄番茄，些少醬汁，兩片意式麵包也很薄，烘過的，味道不過不失，重點是餡料和份量少。賣$27半份，我還會再來嗎？

    這晚趕著去上環文娛中心聽音樂會，打算進來買個簡單而又健康的晚餐，埋單時卻有驚喜！有什麼驚喜？賣個關子先！先來說說藜麥青蘋果沙律，除藜麥及青蘋果，還有車厘茄，黃椒，洋蔥，青瓜，幾條沙律菜，色彩繽紛，紅黃綠有齊，而且都是屬於有咬口的東西，比菜葉類沙律飽肚，配搭的醋汁也不錯。怕沙律不夠飽，買多了半份水耕菜蛋三文治，用的應該是麥飽，吃上去很粗纖維，如果中間的餡料再多些就好了。究竟埋單時有什麼驚喜？原來晚上6點後沙律跟三文治有6折呀！好抵呀！哈哈！

      以前喺HKU返工，食過校園入面既Grove Cafe，印象中係價錢平，但質素普通。今日一個人食lunch，突然想食意粉，又唔想踏入索價過百既餐廳，就諗起呢度。lunch set有大約六款選擇，有意粉同湯通粉，可以單點或者叫餐，餐飲有熱朱古力！以自助形式點餐，然後拎個牌去搵位坐。我叫左燒烤大蘑菇配黃菌汁意粉，加熱朱古力。餐廳有個雜誌corner，我一路等食物一路睇，食物算係好快送到。燒烤大蘑菇配黃菌汁意粉既意粉夠al dente，醬汁係冇食過既味道，似蘑菇醬，有少少creamy，唔識形容。蘑菇係燒過既，好juicy，只加鹽同胡椒調味，突顯左蘑菇本身既味道。朱古力好香濃，我冇打開個杯蓋，所以食完意粉先飲都仍然夠熱，好好味呀，冬天飲一定會更正。食物味道唔錯，熱朱古力出色，加埋可以安靜咁睇下雜誌，係lunch放空既好地方。

        Normally I wouldn't come here but went here for the vegan chicken and this other sandwich.The chicken and avocado was ok but the avocado had a crunch to it as it was not ripe otherwise it would have been acceptable.The photo just explains the other sandwich!It is interesting, they have a bigger branch at WTS which has a totally different concept.

          上環依間Grove算係我依幾年以來的飯堂之一，但老實講，好多時我都係懶得諗食咩，工作又無咩mood，求其搵餐醫肚，又唔想食快餐先會諗起佢。佢午市lunch menu 係以意粉餐為主，極少換menu的，其中我食依款焗鮮茄肉醬法蘭克福腸意粉直頭係menu中既常客👇賣相叫正常，而佢係真係即叫即焗既，所以岩岩夾起意粉上黎食果時都會出下煙。意粉唔算彈牙，肉醬茄汁濃度同份量適中。其實我心目中既法蘭克福腸唔係咁既，不過就當佢係啦。味道比外觀睇起上黎好食一點。飲品方面都係常規咖啡奶茶檸茶檸水，凍飲要加錢，有得選擇餐湯。以上環lunch黎計，個餐54蚊，價錢一般，如果食厭左其他嘢間中黎食番一次半次，都還可以既。

          烤田園蔬菜野菌芝士千層麵，一試難忘再試悲哀，冇諗過咁嘅配搭會係咁難食，本身諗住食得比較清淡，所以帶咗一個素菜千層麵，但落得如此下場。翠玉瓜陪千層麵是一個十分奇怪的配搭，翠玉瓜內裏的橘子，令到味道十分苦澀，焗完的翠玉瓜變得爛蓉蓉，賣相非常難看。當中配以野菇，野菇味道比較正常，平平無奇。我還是第一次吃有茄子的千層麵，茄子煎有番茄的味道但不是很濃烈。幸好千層麵還有點芝士，令這個味道稍為提升返少少，但蕃茄味道十分不足，而且千層麵變得非常之趕。番茄湯比較正常，略為偏酸。凍檸茶最正常，有茶味，檸檬片足夠。

          Since my first experience at the GROVE in Wanchai, I never went back because GROVE serves Chinese style Western inspired food.Only went here because I need a drink.EARL GREY tea and BREAKFAST TEA was not on the menu so I grabbed a bottle of water but just for sake of asking I asked to see if they did have EARL GREY and yes they did, so why the heck didn't they put it on the menu.If it was on the menu before, I would have probably gone quite frequently.

          I am an avocado lover, avocado sandwich and salad are things that i always order. They have branches in the greater central district, sheung wan and admiralty. Price is very reasonable!!! Suitable for busy office men and ladies!!!

          Despite not in the menu, you can order avocado milk!! It is the best drink in the word. Texture is very rich and creamy, as my friend described.. melted icecream/ milkshake! How wonderful to have a super healthy drink to be tasted like icecream/ milkshake @@
          Please note, not every branches serve avocado milk, the staff was puzzled while i tried to order in prosperity plaza, kwun tong.

          For those who need to stay at office til late night, groove is your best buddy. Every day, after 6 or 7 pm, they will give a generous discount for fresh salad and sandwich.

          To contribute to the environmental campaign, groove now provide customers more green choices, such as veggie chicken quoia salad. Dont look down on the salad, it keeps u full for the whole afternoon!
