星期四晚的登龍街依舊人頭湧湧,街上好幾間餐廳都要等位,於是去V-Point睇睇。見到二樓電梯大堂間Gusto終於開業,人唔算多,環境亦適合傾計,決定入座試試。我們一行兩人被安排在左方的位置就座(相片左方裝飾的欄柵處)。檯與檯之間距離算寬闊,所以不同檯的食客交談亦唔會有影響,餐廳亦播放著英文流行歌,營造出一個輕鬆的氣氛。先上菜的是西班牙海鮮飯。據餐牌介紹,這道菜是用了海鮮湯(seafood stock)去煮成,吃得出當中用料是頗豐富,然而飯粒感覺上係已煮過火而收乾水,非常粘及痴底,整碟最好吃的是上面烤過的蝦。侍應有提到炭燒的菜式需時較久,我們在兩道菜之間等了大約半小時。幸好餐廳環境很適合傾計,只好一路傾下計一路耐心等待著。第二道菜是炭燒黑毛豬裡脊肉。豬類菜式應該是這餐廳的拿手菜,這道菜在火候的拿捏方面做得非常好,肉在上菜時已切開,中間帶點微微的粉紅,咬下去肉汁很多。伴碟的烤薯仔既香且熱,與燒汁也很夾,廚房在控制主食與伴碟的上碟時間應記一功。總結來說,正如部分食評所言,這餐廳氣氛甚好,價位也在合理水平,然而如果能再次選擇,我倆會寧願叫兩碟炭燒黑毛豬裡脊肉,因為西班牙海鮮飯實在不是我們能喜歡

先上菜的是西班牙海鮮飯。

據餐牌介紹,這道菜是用了海鮮湯(seafood stock)去煮成,吃得出當中用料是頗豐富,然而飯粒感覺上係已煮過火而收乾水,非常粘及痴底,整碟最好吃的是上面烤過的蝦。

侍應有提到炭燒的菜式需時較久,我們在兩道菜之間等了大約半小時。幸好餐廳環境很適合傾計,只好一路傾下計一路耐心等待著。

豬類菜式應該是這餐廳的拿手菜,這道菜在火候的拿捏方面做得非常好,肉在上菜時已切開,中間帶點微微的粉紅,咬下去肉汁很多。伴碟的烤薯仔既香且熱,與燒汁也很夾,廚房在控制主食與伴碟的上碟時間應記一功。

總結來說,正如部分食評所言,這餐廳氣氛甚好,價位也在合理水平,然而如果能再次選擇,我倆會寧願叫兩碟炭燒黑毛豬裡脊肉,因為西班牙海鮮飯實在不是我們能喜歡的煮法。

最好吃的是下面的巧克力慕絲,但焦糖脆餅很甜,慕絲也很甜,嗜甜者應該會很喜愛吧?

以A LA CARTE來說價格合理,即使是主菜都只在$200以下,如果希望淺嘗的話這裡不錯。

鮮炸魷魚 ($68),魷魚圈即點即炸,上桌時仍熱哄哄,入口非常酥脆,煙韌有彈性,唔乾柴,而且外層嘅脆漿夠平均又唔厚身,咬下亦不覺有油膩感,鹹味亦啱啱好。蒜泥蛋黃醬很滑口,帶大蒜的微辣辛香,用來伴魷魚吃,惹味非常。

之後是一客海鮮薄餅 ($78),薄餅做成正方形,面頭放了大量紫椰菜,以木板呈上。廚師非常貼心,已事先替客人切開,分成四件。拿起一塊入口,餅底做得非常薄身,而且經烘焗後,吃起來脆如餅乾,至於面頭 toppings 就有蝦、魷魚、魚肉、青口、水牛芝士和蕃茄等,用料非常豐富。

甜品當然唔少得,點了西班牙吉拿棒 ($38),Churros 呈長條形,面頭撒滿肉桂粉和糖霜,並以水果粒作點綴。油條切開時要稍為用點力,不算太鬆脆,但肉桂味恰到好處,不太霸道,而且甜度亦非常適中,不會過份甜膩,啱我口味,食時蘸上幼滑朱古力醬,分外香甜,亦為這頓西班牙晚餐畫上完美句號。

銅鑼灣嘅V Point,唔單止係美食嘅集中地,而且間間餐廳仲要價格唔平。但今日嚟到呢間西餐,食物質素好之餘,價格仲十分宜人添! 餐廳環境寬敞,唔會似其他酒吧餐廳燈光太過昏暗,同朋友傾計就非常適合。食物方面,先叫一客香煎鵝肝,金黃色嘅賣相,已經甚具吸引,上枱時仲香味十足,再切落去質感軟滑,有入口即溶嘅感覺。接著兩道主菜亦十分出色,鮮蝦蕃茄天使麵,用上大大隻鮮蝦,蝦肉有彈性而豐厚,鮮甜味十足,而蕃茄跟天使麵非常匹配,醬汁能夠緊緊鎖在麵條上,夠晒惹味。而Baby Ribs亦係我地嘅摯愛,用上先煎後烤嘅方式處理,令Ribs可以鎖緊肉汁之餘,亦可以有香烤嘅感覺。而用上炸甜蕃薯條,比起一般薯條更滋味,甜味更濃郁。最後來一客Tiramisu,食法相對接近外國,可以先用手指餅浸在Espresso之中,然後再放在Tiramisu之中一齊進食,咁樣就可以一次食到3種口味,層次夠晒豐富。

呢個飯尋日食完今朝仲懷勉緊!好香濃,食得出食材係新鮮,唔係喪加調味增味哥款。食落好似有d cheese 香同口感(不過我唔敢肯定,因為食落口感好豐富,亦好岩我口味)飯粒均勻不硬,份量方面我亦滿意,不是墊夠碟底那種。

臨近聖誕大家BOOK好餐廳未呢~最近找到一間無論是食物、環境、氣氛等等都非常適合節日興祝的餐廳,就是位於銅鑼灣的Gusto Restaurant & Bar 。坐位寬敞,環境裝修都是新的,玻璃外牆有紫色的霞紅燈閃耀,非常有氣氛。除了有梳化位置外,還有適合一家人的圓桌,建議需要的話應提前預約。Gusto 其實是西班牙文【味道】的意思,餐廳主打西班牙菜,食材配搭有驚喜。我點了煙燻生蠔作為頭盤,從廚房端出來時會有一個蓋子罩著,在客人面前打開後飄散著濃郁的煙燻味道,一濃一淡的生蠔帶出大海的天然咸香,生蠔夠新鮮,穩約間可以吃出煙燻的味道。香燒南瓜忌廉湯是我媽媽的最愛,以鮮打的南瓜蓉再加以調製出來,味道香甜濃郁,質地像雪笆一樣軟滑,一口接一口停不了!香炒法國鵝肝真的要大讚一番!鵝肝外脆內滑,入口即溶,再加上花生碎令味道整個昇華,真的非常可口,每一口都是一次味覺享受。香燒法國春雞可說是聖誕節必點的,相比起火雞,春雞比較嫩口,份量雖然不多,但肉質新嫩有肉汁,但味道略厭淡,需要加一點海鹽調味。這道菜會附上粗薯條,女生吃的話已經足夠了。卡邦尼意粉原來是長通粉來的,不過也沒有影響,味道香濃,上面添上香蔥和風

卡邦尼意粉原來是長通粉來的,不過也沒有影響,味道香濃,
上面添上香蔥和風乾火腿片,醬汁剛好沾滿每條長通粉,
雖然味道很好,吃得多也是會【溜】,我覺得share吃才是最滋味!

今日聽講呢度新開咗一間西餐廳,聽身邊朋友介紹,今日同朋友一齊去體驗咗一番,結果真系出乎我意料🙈,味道真系好唔錯,特別系個焦糖布甸,真系好畀心機🤤,味道服務都好好,都系型男餵🤤(作為一个花癡嘅人🤣)主廚仲親自出嚟詢問意見,最重要嘅系買個肥肝,真系食。每樣菜都好特別,特別系個煙熏生蚝,味道好鮮甜。重有個玫瑰招飲,好好飲嘅,有一種特別嘅玫瑰香味,香港好少見嘅,值得去試下😏👉🏻今次翻餐勁嘅滿足丫,值得一去👈🏻
