To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. About Reward Scheme
牛角Buffet嘅半自助午餐，真係一個非常抵食嘅選擇。雖然第一次嚟嘅時候只係77+1，但而家已經加到88+1，但價錢升咗，質素依然保持得唔錯。對於個人嚟講，燒肉可能唔係呢個餐廳嘅亮點，反而係佢buffet吧嘅多樣選擇，真係令人眼花繚亂，所以選擇最平嗰個餐，已經好夠。食物種類非常豐富，從肉腸、關東煮，到咖喱牛肉飯、湯品、甜品，各式各樣嘅蔬菜，應有盡有。其中，最出色嘅一定係紫菜飯。呢個紫菜飯幾乎係每個嚟到嘅人都必食嘅，食咗一碗之後可能仲想食多一碗。個飯唔會太軟爛，紫菜夾埋飯食，鹹香味十足，食落非常滿足。而關東煮就係另一個大熱選擇，唔同種類嘅魚丸、蘿蔔、福袋，加埋暖暖嘅湯底，特別係天氣凍嘅時候，真係一個好滋味嘅小食。整體嚟講，牛角buffet呢個半自助餐真係好適合鍾意食多樣化嘅朋友，buffet bar嘅食物質素好高，食咩都唔會踩雷。即使燒肉唔係主角，但buffet吧嘅選擇已經足夠令到人覺得物超所值。

又係時候食牛角，好耐冇食la,今次有plan，book定唔洗等，直接入得唔知咪buffet嘅關係，即使係lv 1,d牛個樣都靚好多都係牛角buffut好，有軟雪糕食，蕃薯，3.x牛乳，仲有朱古力都好好食🤤仲有其他甜品添唔知係之前冇留意定li間先有呢？有明治雪條呀🤤

好耐冇食燒肉，所以就揀左去牛角食😋揀左極上燒肉放提。有124款選擇基本上，我地咩款牛肉都叫過，我個人就中意牛肋骨、牛肋肉及牛肩脊熟食方面，大家可以每款試一件😂但期望不要太高食完好多肉就開始食菇類同粟米🌽我地額外叫左兩份牛油同芝士，正好多呀😋第二次燒年糕先成功最後食埋雪糕就結束飽飽的一天
