To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Lunch sets range from $60-$90, 燒肉set就再貴啲~
我地叫左石鍋雞肝拌飯 and 韓式泡菜牛肉拌飯.
個set包沙律, 湯and 餐飲.
個人認為雞肝拌飯有啲dry, 汁唔夠, 石鍋又再蒸發左啲水份...
泡菜牛肉拌飯就好好多~! 雖然牛肉唔多, 但好多配菜, 口感豐富~
同屋企人出街食飯 最岩就係大家有唔同既信用卡 有唔同優惠 咁岩見到hsbc係牛角有優惠套餐 除開每人二百幾 食得過!抵過平時散叫啦! 所以一行四人叫左每個set各一
首先黎左個溫泉玉子凱撒沙律 我想減低脂肪吸收量 只係用蛋撈沙律都好味
呢個係牛角沙律 望落係更加豐富 4人都分到唔少薯泥同菜 好清甜
飲品方面係預左每人飲2杯 $45以下既飲品 竟然連酒精飲品都可以叫呢!個人幾鐘意柚子酒同桃酒
食物都陸續上枱啦 我地都急不及待燒啦
除左蠔係有錫紙盒裝住 仲有一個盒係俾你放菇落去燒 等你d菇唔會太乾
d蠔幾新鮮 大大粒
蝦肉質都幾彈牙
青口無食 俾家人食
菇沾滿牛油香味
之後就放d小型既菇落去繼續燒
牛油係肥d架啦 不過好食就無所謂啦
因為叫左兩個套餐既關係
係有兩大碟肉😍
個人最鐘意既係
牛肉: 肩脊肉> 牛板腱肉>牛舌
雞肉: 雞胸> 雞腿肉
豬肉: 丹麥豬排
為左配肉 4個人叫左兩碗葱玉子飯食 好味
最後再追加左甜品 鯛魚燒做結尾
自己燒既好處係 你想幾脆就幾脆
總結 建議叫牛角會員/ hsbc 信用卡持卡人食係扺過你入去散叫

首先服務方面,唔期望有日式的服務態度,但起碼都要有基本禮貌。門口接待的姐姐由報上人數開始到帶位入座都全程口黑面黑🙎🏿♀,上菜的侍應更是無啦啦大力拍D碟落枱‼️,嚇左一嚇Sorry都冇句。。。
再黎食物質素方面,「自滿的7 mm」,我地點左腹胸肉、牛肋肉同肩脊肉,
每款都只有大約一半厚度,仲要好細塊。
腹胸肉一個細碗裝左一半份量,平時食依到只係一塊既份量。
肩脊肉是燒肉汁的,不過唔係好見到有汁😑,食落都唔覺有燒肉汁的味道,可能只係名字上的分別吧🤷🏻♀
咁樣既食物質素同服務,個人認為已經同價錢唔成正比,下次食日式燒肉應該會㨂過第二間🤦🏻♀😖
Menu 嘅定食有唔同嘅配搭組合,有平有貴,可以按喜好揀兩款肉。
我自己就叫咗燒肉定食A餐,揀咗牛舌同腹胸肉兩款肉類,套餐包埋迷你沙律、白飯、麵鼓湯同一杯野飲($95)。
雖然牛舌腹胸肉都(林)身,有牛肉香味,但個人覺得肉類份量偏小,唔夠送飯。
朋友就叫咗個牛肋肉四品盛合($149),價錢貴啲當然係多啲牛肉多啲種類選擇。不過試過幾款牛肉之後其實覺得款款牛肉都差唔多。
枱頭有三款點肉嘅醬, 分別係燒肉汁、辣醬以及鹽蒜醬。鹽蒜醬點牛肉好夾,辣醬就麻麻地。
衛生方面,餐廳有提供兩款鉗夾生同屬熟嘅食物。
午市平平地想食燒肉$100以下都可以有找,不過肉份量就真係唔夠。要食多d唯有揀貴啲嘅套餐。
In conclusion, beef was ok but don’t come for chicken, pork or ox tongues.

和牛真係果然唔同,燒到7成熟就岩岩好,有超香油脂味。配上佢個牛角飯,好香!

啤酒係Sapporo 加入由京都直送的北川半兵衛商店宇治抹茶粉 飲落有淡淡抹茶味 可能因為呢款啤酒原本都唔算濃味 令到兩者出奇地夾😬

呢度嘅雪糕當然唔止咁簡單 仲加左紅豆同小丸子☺ 抹茶唔會太甜 奶味幾濃 同紅豆果然係絕配😌

羽衣甘藍有排毒作用😏幾fresh 撈埋沙律醬同杏仁係邪惡啲 但口感一流 值得一推👍🏻
