To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 《攞飛攻略》建議用兩部或以上嘅電話,相隔5分鐘拎一次飛,在觀察啲Number叫嘅速度。四人枱為例,45分鐘大約叫到5至10個Number。
今次叫咗匯豐卡優惠套餐,七百幾蚊,雖然話二人餐但係三個人食到好飽,因為有兩大碗飯(牛角飯同埋蟹膏飯),佢個套餐又唔多花巧嘢,唔會屈你食甜品,計返每人二百幾,其實食平過食牛角buffet。不過要撞啱你三個人都唔係好大食。

Overall覺得衛生非常好,肉嘅質素唔差,如果可以清楚標明每一種肉嘅煮食時間就更好啦,因為我驚會煮得太耐,嘥咗塊A5牛肉。我覺得牛角同自己屋企燒最大嘅分別係佢可以有好多唔同肉嘅種類,一次過滿足唔同願望。
我覺得對於我呢啲鍾意食cheap野嘅人來講,排隊要排三日同埋價錢又唔係特別平,耐唔耐食一次就足夠啦。
- 牛角飯
牛角平日下午都有人等位,用apps book晚市都唔係咁容易,尤其是九龍灣商場特別多人。今次去食因為早收工,見到唔多人就去等位入到去見到有匯豐信用卡優惠,有黃牛同海鮮就叫咗黎試吓。想餐比平時快而且有執枱專員,都唔錯。
餐入邊重點係極上黑毛和牛,肥瘦適中,燒一燒幾好食。海鮮有蠔有蝦,性價比算高。
包左沙律菜,重點係有兩個飯,有多種選擇,唔錯!
唯一缺點是係限時1.5小時,時間相對比較趕,食得唔過癮。7xx,算靚價
明明提早拎定飛應該等十張枱就食得,點知當你覺得應該就快有枱時又不斷俾金卡會員打尖,最後六點用app拎飛八點半後先到我地🤷🏻♀️仲要堂食到十點,最後趕住燒埋啲肉就要倒哂落肚走人🤦🏻♀️ 喺呢度,唔係VIP就有耐性先好嚟食🥱
另外,而家要用自己手機QR code落單,本身朋友用自己部機落哂嘢食,我就再用自己嗰部睇吓有咩嘢飲想落啦,當我揀飲品時系統話error,唔通唔可以同時用兩部機?咁朋友就幫我落啦,最後竟然上咗兩杯一樣嘅飲品!個侍應仲要print返張單話我地真係撳咗兩杯!好彩只係杯飲品,如果我撳嘅係一大set肉咁點算😓😓😓😓
結果,同行嘅朋友嬲到話以後唔食牛角...平心而論,其實牛角嘅食物係真係幾好味,同級質素嚟講亦唔算好貴,但今次經驗會令我隔一排先會嚟再食🙈

牛肉方面,本來以為係用燒牛肉既部位,實際上用左厚切肥牛,有啲韌,係成碗飯比較失分既地方。
整體而言,以呢個價錢同食材質素黎講,性價比絕對係高。
個人而言,問我食牛肉飯食邊間,我腦海中都仲係會諗起吉野家既牛肉飯多啲。
