To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 通常清酒的味道會比較刺鼻和嗆喉一點,而且即使是大吟釀亦改善不到這個問題,但是這枝獺祭入口不單止相當清新清爽,質感更圓潤豐滿,小口品嚐的時候,淡淡甘甜的果香以及芳醇的酒香立即在口中持續地慢慢散發出來,餘韻亦相當悠長,最後則以少許的辛辣感作為終結,是我目前最喜愛的日本清酒
總結來說,個人這麼喜歡品嚐「牛角」是除了它的牛肉質素相當有保證之外,更有供應我最愛的獺祭.大吟釀,最重要是它的價錢是和超級市場一模一樣的,並不存在特別昂貴的問題,最適合我這些燒肉必需配清酒的人士最後,我覺得「牛角」的午市燒肉套餐性價比真的相當高,大家不妨等疫情過後過來試一試
- 牛角飯和香蔥溫泉玉子飯
這裡的日式烤肉為網狀燒烤,肉類直接接觸到明火,這種形式決定了日本烤肉的的肉類很少醃漬 均使用味汁混合,這也是高級肉類脂肪汁液濃厚的原因,所以日本烤肉對肉的級別要求較高。而韓國烤肉從真正意義上講為煎肉,使用器具多為石板,鐵板,鍋蓋,瓷板等,肉類基本上不會與明火接觸,這就要求肉類在外物導熱前要保持大量的水分,所以肉類醃漬調味兒多在液體汁液中浸泡,其中有稚嫩含維生素的物質比如梨的汁液,這種烹調方法對肉類等級要求不是特別高,所以韓餐的烤肉要比日料低一個價位。
是日餐廳內因為疫症人不多,人都分開坐,門口亦多人點外賣因為6折亦算抵食。甫坐下侍應即送上兩張紙給你放口罩,不過衛生有點存疑。先選擇假日套餐,牛肋肉四品燒肉盛合及牛角嚴選六品盛合各一。比起韓燒的確性價比不高,每款肉類份量少,大胃口的話應該要額外再加肉。
醬汁只有2款,烤肉汁及蒜泥。入口算不錯,不過未算驚喜。另外再加豬腩肉一小碟。
服務人員服務態度不錯,令人取餐心情也 好些!

我揀咗味噌膳良豬肉飯,女友揀牛角燒牛肉飯。 去到俾咗錢,等15分鐘左右就有得拎,店員好有禮,所有外賣包裝好整理,讚👍🏼
我個豬肉飯賣相就正常,都好多料添,其實膳良豬肉係素食嚟㗎,叫新豬肉。 其實之前係店都食過,所以點咗呢個。 味道好夠,我就連店提供嘅汁都唔洗落,個味噌味都好夠😋
跟一打開女友個燒牛肉飯,我哋兩個都一齊嘩咗聲!以外賣計,賣相極好😃 最重要係瘦牛!因我哋好怕係肥牛,尤其是女友,所以好開心😁 望落食落都少少牛肉乾 feel,但係係有肉汁個隻,雖然有部份牛食落少少韌,但都好味道㗎,至少我倆鐘意😋

上網預訂左先,然後到店自取,本身正正想試次男坊丼飯但諗諗下而家冇咩錢,經濟唔好,算啦揀個半價「生薑豬頸肉飯」,免費包汽水,咁我順便搭多隻溫泉蛋,都係$35.5,OK啦。真係冇咩大預期,始終劈落半價,網站張圖又顯示好似得半碗份量,味道方面都冇咩大expectation。但拎返屋企發覺飯量都唔少,有平時屋企一個飯碗多d咁上下,肉一樣唔少,有𡁻口又有豬味,唔係茶餐廳level豬頸肉,最緊要係入晒味,好好食。再撈埋醬汁同溫泉蛋,超出預期唔錯,令到我有衝動再幫襯。咁樣拎一段路程返去雖然凍左d,但個人接受到。
其實一直都因為工作上既原因,唔多buy牛角成個集團做既任何舉動,但試完呢個飯就發覺,點解人地終歸正正吸引到咁多客呢?喺食物質素方面至少唔可以求其,對我黎講公關技倆都係其次。

我地就叫左B 餐 分別有雞牛豬3種肉
豬就有2種既 一個係薄切既五花肉 燒完之後既油脂都5會輸比牛! 切得好薄 燒完會有脆脆地既口感
另外雞都好驚喜😨 雞皮一樣都係脆脆地既 而肉質非常之嫩滑 唔柴👍🏼
而牛既質素好好 係好淋好多油脂 一咬就開 唔係咬好耐好UN 咁

然後首先佢會用牛油脂搽個網,再放上兩片和牛,大約10秒就食得 個月見汁好正,其實類似壽喜燒嘅汁再加蛋黃。沾滿和牛食非常好味!
另外lunch必點嘅就係燒肉拼盤lunch set,有齊燒肉拼盤、沙律、飯、湯,抵食。Lunch set嘅話推薦選擇埋石班魚柳。
