To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上完沙律同湯就上肉,我地揀呢個set有4種唔同既牛肋肉,口感唔算嫩但好有牛味,點埋燒肉醬食牛味更出🌸美國和牛個款最濃味最好食👍🏻而飯有得揀白飯/有紫菜同溫泉玉子既牛角飯,我哋就梗係揀要曬玉子同紫菜😂撈埋食個調味係好食既,忍唔住會keep住食d飯👶🏻仲有小食我地揀左石斑魚柳,燒完入口超嫩滑,又唔腥,好有驚喜😱推介~

第二個set我哋揀左呢個最平既,有牛舌、牛肋肉、肩脊肉同腹胸肉。估唔到個厚燒牛舌好好食😭一咬就斷,肉質彈牙得黎好嫩。肩脊肉都唔錯,有油香味、肉質唔會韌✨小食揀左牛油本菇,冇咩特別~overall呢個set既價位好抵食!💰💰
最後食得好飽💩🤓🤓雖然要特登去九龍灣先有呢個套餐,但係同平時個lunch set比真係多左肉類選擇同送多個小食🧚🏻♂️性價比高左唔少,以後想食牛角都應該會黎番九龍灣食☺️👶🏻

依加係用ipad落單,揀定想食咩,入機就得。反正唔趕時間,就揀燒肉set唔揀定食。
佢有分幾個價錢,每個價錢就包唔同肉,set就包白飯同飲品。中意食牛角飯既都可以升級,當日我就冇升級。我同友人一個嗌咗一個豬肉set同一個有牛肉既set。
兩個set都好食,同千其唔好以為餐牌上得幾片肉好少,其實連埋飯食都真係幾飽嫁。
牛角既質素一直都保持唔錯,有機會要試埋銅鑼灣同旺角既放題先。
Yummy! 牛角嘅燒肉真係唔錯,雖然我平時唔食牛脷,但係佢切到薄薄地入口都OK,可以追加紫菜飯,但係我叫侍應多紫菜佢都係比好少紫菜我,唔似得牛角buffet可以自行選擇紫菜份量,仲要催完又催先比碗飯我

但嚟到就咁放低三碗飯
全部都係紫菜遮住
我都唔知邊碗打邊碗
我都明白晚巿多人,但係始終中價舖頭
我都期望你起碼話返俾我知邊碗打邊碗

🤙之後就決定所有牛一齊講
個人都牛嘅評價大致相同
就係 一係冇味 一係得醃料味
我覺得所有牛都冇乜鮮味(唔知係咪我要求高)
所以有啲牛佢哋冇乜落調味先就好似食落冇乜味
但有啲牛佢一落肉又落得好重味
就好似食調味料咁
冇乜食到有牛肉味嘅牛對於一餐燒肉嚟講真係失望

好多肉嘅調味都好重手
食落冇乜肉嘅鮮味
而冇乜調味嘅肉就完全冇鮮味
所以一係食調味料 一係食冇味嘅肉
所以我覺得間唔中食下都ok
但要排個幾鐘就不了😂
