我哋兩個就係食肉獸,每餐無肉落肚總會覺得唔夠飽,最後搵到牛太郎,有肉食之餘仲白飯任添!好,坐低睇吓有咩好食先。牛肩脊肉,上枱時有張紙巾擋住唔怕比油彈襯,原來300g係好重量級,非常抵食,切開裡面係一成熟,自己再燒到喜歡熟度。脊肉咬落口感挺身,肉質有咬勁。牛柳就比較容易切,因為肉質較軟腍。岀面行個圈,湯品、飯、沙律任食。今日餐湯係羅宋湯,有料的。沙律菜絲好新鮮,我喜歡多醬。仲免費包一杯熱飲,叫咗熱柑桔。
