今日一早就肚餓唸食咩好,跟住上網搵到80元有180克牛肩肉,最重點前菜同白飯任,味噌湯任飲。滿心期待12:00 去到仲未開門,行左一圈都未開,咁就入去問下職員,原來開 12:30,下次再去就知道不用太早到。每期優惠有,原價$120元 300克牛肩肉,今日98元就有,比多18元就多一倍份量,咁就唸都唔唸就點這個餐啦。有得多不同醬料,牛油,生蒜蓉等。 沙律加上千島醬及芝麻醬,很好吃,又開胃。牛肩肉眼份量十足,好淋,超有肉汁,用牛油同蒜蓉煎一煎就很可口美味。石燒最岩我,我比較愛吃生牛扒,兩三成就最合我心意。白飯也很好吃,又任食,加醬油,或蒜蓉味噌湯,做湯飯也很不錯。最後只有一樣不太好的,在日本吃餐每枱都有一壺冰水,這餐廳基本上沒有水供應,問了服務員都只拿熱到要命的水,如果能改進就更好了。

🐂300g 呢個份量真係唔細,平時呢個份量都要百五蚊起跳,唔好笑我咁大食,因為牛扒黎講300g 份量先夠滿足,上檯時只有一成熟,切開紅紅的,用上石板烤熟,加入黑椒及玫瑰鹽,煎至全熟都不會太鞋,一口一口啖啖肉食曬

🐂呢到的白飯,湯,沙律,配菜都是自取任食的,湯今日的是羅宋湯,比較淡而酸好一般,椰菜沙律切定已放到乾乾地,白飯可以加紫菜增加香氣,配菜是雞脾菇,翠肉瓜可以放在可板煎熟

🐂石燒牛普遍問題都是石板太細熱力不夠,需要中間麻煩店員更換,但呢間的石板size 比較大,可以一次將300g 牛肉及配菜完全煎熟都不用換板,方便店員都方便到客人,平平地一餐唔高要求的可以一試

同樣地98蚊嘅澳洲肉眼 ,大大份,男人嚟講一定夠食。 肉質有別於西冷,肉眼扒肉質較為散碎 更有口感咬勁, 味道依舊濃郁,但就冇咁多油脂,咁抵食去邊度搵。

某天晚上同朋友去女人街附近閒逛,突然好肚餓去左一間叫牛太郎既牛扒餐廳,未入門口已經好貼心甘有消毒洗手液裝置供客人使用,我地坐低左之後職員推介我地食牛柳,肉質鮮辣,比較淋身,牛柳會燒至一成熟,之後客人可以按自己喜歡的熟度放石燒上煮,另外仲叫左一款西冷牛扒,肉味較濃,口感煙韌,西冷脂肪比較多,比較肥美,呢度仲有個自助吧,有燒既翠肉瓜同雞脾菇,仲有檸檬水,羅宋湯,飯同埋沙律,最特別既係有淮山麵,加埋千島醬,芝麻醬等等既醬汁混埋一齊食,好健康。自助吧全部都係任食嫁,如果石燒板唔夠熱仲可以叫職員幫忙換新既石板。

选了 basic重量,竟比預期中夠份量!
熱石極高溫已經把厚厚的肉眼煎至兩成熟。
冇調味嘅肉眼, 味道原形畢露冇得掩飾, 感覺真正嘅鋸扒, 使用了鋒利嘅尖刀鋸了很久很深~ 每一件都可以自己控制, 切粒,切條,切小塊~ 切厚,切薄,四成,六成,全熟。。D. I. Y. 真係特別滋味又過癮。 肉質好天然, 簡單加上岩鹽已帶出肉質鮮味, 甘香柔软, 加上燒汁又唔同食法,甜甜地 有日式燒肉屋feel。

自上年開始香港食店突然興起一股石燒牛熱潮大家對自助點餐機、美味牛扒任揀以及配菜、白飯、麵豉湯任食這個新配搭極為受落自己以前都曾經食過兩三間,但位置偏遠店舖空間又窄今次來到通菜街的這間牛太郎就真係值得一讚了首先店內空間夠寬敞,餐桌之間不會靠得太近檯的空間亦夠大,這點很重要因為除了放石板,又要放飲料湯碗及飯碗動作大一點也不怕撞親隔離檯的食客這裡除了有牛肩肉眼、澳洲牛肉眼、西冷、牛柳可供選擇外仲有牛脷、鯖魚、豬肉同雞肉不過我們當然還是選擇了食牛,各點了份西冷及牛柳300g在等待期待就先食配菜如沙律菜及湯等椰菜爽脆解膩,選日式醬汁或沙律醬食就更開胃而這店的麵豉湯超級好飲,好清甜,無味精亦無油我幾乎飲了兩大碗湯, 連他們免費任飲的檸檬水也沒喝過,哈侍應好快就捧來熱辣辣的石板到來肉扒上面還貼心蓋了張紙巾防止油花四濺由於上扒的時候廚師只會煮大約一成熟所以切開的時候還會看到有點血水之後大家可以因應自己喜歡食生一點還是熟一點來煎因為石板非常熱的關係除了要小心自己的手外,也要記得時不時反轉塊扒以免煎到燶了西冷牛扒好厚身好多汁,牛脂香濃如果能煎到外層乾身脆口,裡面肉軟嫩滑就最perfect了牛柳肉質實小小,

所以切開的時候還會看到有點血水
之後大家可以因應自己喜歡食生一點還是熟一點來煎
