近排香港好似都開幾多依類型餐廳,估唔到大角咀依度都開左間,原先以為依啲通常都可能要接近一百蚊左右。點知經過見到門口有lunch set餐牌,最平嘅餐係$50,價錢幾吸引咁就一於黎試下。好彩黎嘅時間都尚算早,唔洗等位。入到去我地即刻用機器買餐先,平嘅lunch set選擇唔算多,得幾款揀,我試左個最平嘅雞扒,另外見到有鰻魚可以揀($60),好似都幾吸引咁,下次諗住試。如果想食牛肉,就要揀翻平時menu,無特價,見到周邊原來都幾多人食牛。落完單就可以先去自助區攞野食,有味增湯、沙律菜、白飯可以無限refill,食完啲前菜其實都已經有啲飽。主菜黎到嘅時候,發現塊雞扒比我想像中大塊,雞排都幾嫩,配埋燒肉汁送飯簡直一流。佢啲分量真係幾多,再加上白飯沙律菜任食令我覺得成個set cp值超高,男仔都一定會夠飽。

七月第二個星期三,大角咀。友人某天發現在大全街新開一家專門吃石燒牛的店,在附近看完貓貓後就帶一起來探店。熱石牛近年非常火紅,坊間多了不少價錢大眾化的燒牛店,這家是其中之一。我們先從門口的販賣機挑選想吃的牛肉,可以看到餐廳的定價非常大眾化,百多塊就可以吃到兩百克的和牛,下單後再等待店員安排入坐。入坐後,店員介紹說基本上所有東西都可以在自助區拿到,包括餐具,米飯,白飯採用日本珍珠米,香氣口感很贊;有椰菜沙律,旁邊可以選日式胡麻醬或柚子沙律醬;餐湯是日式牛湯,牛味挺濃郁,友人喝了兩碗;醬料有三款,分別是蒜蓉,辛味燒汁和燒肉汁,所有都是免費無限添的,很划算啊。牛肩排,我們點了80塊180g的牛肩排,所有牛肉先燒至一成熟,再放上300度的火山石上,端上來時滋滋作響,餐廳貼心的鋪上一張衛生紙,避免油花濺到客人。之後就是我們自己動手的時候了,店裡的所有牛肉都經過最少三天自然熟成程序,所以肉質更加軟嫩,牛肉味更飽滿集中。燒到理想熟度,灑上少許岩鹽巴跟黑胡椒,配上一口珍珠米,風味無窮。自助區還有圍巾提供,不怕醬汁牛花飛濺吃到很狼狽喔。牛柳,110塊有足足200g,牛柳的肉汁不算多,相較牛肩排比較普通了一

跟友人在大角咀發現一家新店,是專門吃牛扒的,擇日不如撞日,就一於去探新。在自助售賣機點餐,選了牛肩排180g及牛柳200g。可以先到自助餐區先喝個湯吃沙律,調好醬汁。牛尾湯充滿牛肉香及鮮蕃香,味道香濃,一碗接一碗地喝。 餐廳有圍裙供應,以免食物醬汁沾污客人衣服,十分貼心。得快牛肩排及牛柳都上枱了,上石板時只有一成熟,熟成度可自由控制,店員建議如果想吃較熟,可先將牛切開幾塊在石塊上燒。兩份牛都十分厚肉,切開來燒都不會流失肉汁,牛肩肉味濃,牛柳肉質軟腍,淋上蒜蓉,燒汁及辛味燒汁就更惹味。大大塊牛,有湯有沙律,還有珍珠米白飯任裝,認真好味抵食!

得快牛肩排及牛柳都上枱了,上石板時只有一成熟,熟成度可自由控制,店員建議如果想吃較熟,可先將牛切開幾塊在石塊上燒。兩份牛都十分厚肉,切開來燒都不會流失肉汁,牛肩肉味濃,牛柳肉質軟腍,淋上蒜蓉,燒汁及辛味燒汁就更惹味。大大塊牛,有湯有沙律,還有珍珠米白飯任裝,認真好味抵食!

今日行過這邊又有街抵食石燒牛餐廳,其實他都有幾間分店,主打有六款口味選擇,而湯,米飯,前菜沙律任食,入座時可以先在售票機選擇購買,今日就選一牛柳,喜歡佢夠厚身同肉質嫩滑,落單後出去自助吧整返個多麻醬生菜絲沙律,食肉前當然要食返充足嘅蔬菜,加埋個足料牛肉湯,味道真係唔錯,而石板上枱速度快,細心店員亦立即提供圍裙,在塊熱燙燙嘅石板上塊牛柳要立即切開,利用石板嘅溫度將塊牛柳煎熟,當然要加埋枱上嘅黑椒同海鹽一齊在石板上燒,牛味更香味道更濃郁!還要加埋自助吧嘅蒜蓉同燒汁,配埋碗煙韌彈牙嘅白米飯,真係十分醒胃!牛柳軟熟嫩滑,肉汁濃郁,真係可以食多碗飯!

最近搬咗去大角咀附近 想去食牛扒但係出返太子又要行成15至20分鐘 就咁search牛扒就出現咗呢一間餐廳喺附近跟住就走咗入去試入到去先留意到原來係一間日式嘅牛扒店去到之後自己喺部機度落單之後坐低兩個人叫咗一份牛隻同埋牛柳上碟嘅時候侍應哥哥好好人解釋得非常之詳細嘩塊牛扒本身係得一成熟自己去到切完之後燒一燒去決定想幾熟以為價錢咁平應該都係以前香港舊式鐵板牛扒嘅質素 仲要佢有任食嘅飯同配菜 真係幾好下次如果想食高質啲但係又唔想去西餐餐廳食得咁貴嘅話我會再嚟呢度試吓佢貴啲嘅牛扒

牛極喺香港有唔少分店,今日難得經過大角咀,就黎食個靚牛午餐!牛肉種類不少,包括:牛肩排、澳洲牛仔肉眼、西冷、牛柳、日本和牛,價位唔同,任君選擇。最終我同朋友揀咗👇🏻牛肩排(180g) $80牛肉上桌嘅時候只有一成熟,自己喺滾燙嘅石板上煎牛肉,生熟程度自己控制。呢個部位嘅牛肉肉質結實,較有咬口,都幾好食。牛柳(200g) $110牛柳嫩口一啲,肉汁豐富,餸飯一流!湯、米飯、前菜沙律都係自助形式,無限任添,肯定食得飽。珍珠米白飯,加湯我食咗兩碗!呢個價錢食到美味石板燒牛,性價比極高,值得一試👍🏻
