牛肩胛,牛味尚可,牛質一定比西冷淋原味熱辣辣石板上枱,切果時肉汁會彈上嚟,有需要記得去拎條圍裙先食。枱上有粉紅岩鹽,即磨黑胡椒,BBQ粉調味,BBQ粉微微辣,幾惹味,值得一試。亂切牛幾得意,由於唔知咩畀部位,又切好晒,唔使切都食得,有舊食到牛味濃啲,有舊食到肉質淋啲,都幾有趣,唔鍾意切牛扒又想食牛就啱晒不過食完先記得影相最鍾意自助bar,有沙律,珍珠米,日式牛肉湯。對於唔好澱粉嘅我就食左2碗沙律菜。牛肉湯幾濃味,飲落其實係羅宋湯,但有牛肉碎。店員一入嚟就叫去自助機買飛,其實唔使啦,坐係枱度用手機點餐仲好,唔使排隊,又可以用電子支付,又可以慢慢揀食咩不過門長開,坐近門口有啲熱,下次要坐入啲先。

我們共五人,去到剛有位不用等,這裡是自助式的石燒扒,有羅宋湯任飲,沙律也是任食。我們叫了兩份150g和牛,一份肉眼,一份羊架及一份豚肉,還叫了一點小食燒魷魚及雞泡魚乾。和牛是自己燒的,其他就燒左上枱,但都有石板燒給我們。兩份和牛都好味,肉眼一般,羊架也好味,豚肉一般,小食雞泡魚乾好味,但燒魷魚就偏鹹。有調味料在桌上可以自由調教燒肉的口味,任食的沙律醬料偏鹹和任飲的羅宋湯也偏鹹。因為想試很久都沒機會試,終於年初四可以一嘗,雖然種類比較少,但質素是高的。

出面門口寫咗唔使一百蚊就有牛食,俾佢吸引咗入去。平日早啲六點鐘去到都尚算少人唔使等位,叫咗一份牛,最少180g都好足夠,想熟啲就等耐啲想食生啲就覺得適合就可以切黎食。牛肉汁而且嫩滑,配合出面嘅白飯加紫菜,再撈埋佢哋自家製嘅牛肉汁,簡直就係一流嘅絕配! 出面嘅羅宋湯任飲,而且落足料,扺食。 平時出面如果要食呢啲沙律吧或者任飲任食嘅套餐都要額外加錢,但呢度你只需要食最平嗰個85蚊就已經有咁嘅享受。非常之抵食! 不過我覺得有一樣嘢可以增加嘅就係嘢飲吧,因為佢哋冇送嘢飲所以如果能夠加錢任飲更加抵食!

一切開見到咁粉嫩嘅牛肉都已經好開心好滿足🫡 覺得唔夠調味仲有多款調味料同燒汁、蒜蓉俾你加落去。不過每次我都無用到啲調味料,佢原本舊牛已經好夠味。
