以前的大厨Alberto 走了,新的主厨羊肉做的好,海鲜以地中海以及北欧做法为主,可以更好的保留海鲜的原味,红酒的选择非常到位,可以适用于各种庆祝活动。本人基本上国庆,七一等有维港烟火的时候都回来此出用晚餐并关开烟火。价格有点贵,但是我的朋友们以及本人对此店的料理和服务是无可挑剔的。建议买张VIP卡,每次吃饭都打折,还很体面。饮品中芒果汁是我喝过最纯最浓的,非常好喝,新鲜的薄荷茶也很有特色,环境优雅,中午晚上非常忙,最好预订,或中午到旁边的Gbar用餐,人少,菜是一样的。这里的黑松鲜菌pizza 非常好吃,可以加一点他把tabascco 酱,香味扑鼻,口感先是松软,到了边上部分又很松脆。蘑菇Risotto采用鲜蘑菇用黄油把汁蘑菇汁热出,再加白葡萄酒会意大利米经15分钟加热而成。总之经典料理很多,需要用几次才能写完。已经吃了三年,还是那么好吃,经常会碰到明星出没.如果用酒配餐,价格会升的很快,有过三个人吃7990 HK$的经验。

Good: Caesar Salad

Horrible: Red Prawn Linguine (I couldn't eat it). We left the dish alone and had only one bite.

Restaurant was relatively quiet for a sunday night.

The Caesar Salad was the only thing that was quite good.

The Red Prawn Linguine was a HORRIBLE dish. For $458 a plate, you would have expected a better dish. My wife and I couldn't eat it. It was bitter, the seafood tasted like it was boiled and the sauce was made out of the broth. It also had a horrible smell.

We didn't have enough dishes to give a more comprehensive review.

I would not got back there again (even though I live upstairs from the restaurant).

在IFC的高尚餐廳,自然會期望食到好好食的東西。而且是貴精不貴多的半先助餐喎!其實可選不出去拿,從餐牌揀想吃的一款appetizers,也可以。二人選擇不去與人逼/排隊拿食物,選了坐著,等食的主appetizer─生牛肉薄片、鴨肝。牛肉那個好吃喎….!燒雞,無特別,比大家x,之類快餐店的燒春雞,好似滑少少囉。烤黑鱈魚片,好食,有魚肉汁香。不過好細片吓。Penne Pasta,這個看似普通肉醬扁麵,卻是我們四款中最好吃的主菜。我吃龍蝦Mashed potato,不太喜歡「燒」龍蝦,因為如蝦唔新鮮,那朕燒烤的焊味會籠罩著整隻蝦。這隻so far so good啦。墊底的mashed potato,黏附著蝦殼縫,根本無什麼可吃。甜品,以為也是自助部份,誰知是standard。是日甜品是,實班班的聖誕樹頭蛋糕(朱古力味唔夠濃),配如吃芒果肉的芒果雪芭!墊在雪芭底的曲奇,好實,得甜味,牛油香欠奉。幸好餐茶選了Cappuccino,來返個「完美」收筆。Cappuccino不奶之餘,咖啡味相當有回甘。朋友叫的latte,就非常迅色了,如像飲鮮奶。

今天第一次去了這間米芝蓮推介的餐廳,怎知整頓飯吃得十分生氣!!最初我是打電話訂了13位的,但他們說要保証11位到,我說沒問題,怎知去到他們只給我安排11位,我說要多加一位到14位,他們便說我訂位只是11位,所以沒有空餘的枱可再給我,只可加多兩張椅子,而且還語氣是怪我訂位有問題,面更黑黑的,我心想米芝蓮推介的餐廳是這樣的服務態度嗎?!之後當我吃生蠔時,吃後發現碟上從生蠔殼走出了一條長迴蟲,還不停地郁動,真的把我嚇壞,我跟他們服務員說,他們只是收了我那碟子,之後換了一整碟生蠔給我, 說那碟是生鮮的,但之後並沒有什麼交待了!當我們用膳期間,他們不停地替我們添水,而之前並沒有跟我們說水是要另外付貴的,而且開新瓶水前又沒有問我們要不要再開,只是不停地開瓶及添水,最後我們共開了13瓶水, 共花了700多元在水上!老實說,除了環鏡不錯之外,所有食物只是一般,而且有這樣的服務態度及衞生問題,價錢又一點也不算便宜,我真的不明白為什麼這餐廳能得到米芝蓮的推介,令人開始質疑米芝蓮的公信力 及 評審標準,而最後我們每人也花了$600元吃這頓自助餐!沒下次!!

今期有chef Luca Signoretti, 他真的很 Italian looking 呢....Appetizer buffet 唔多講, 真的好正, parma ham, 海鮮等都很有水準, 叫哥哥炒少少意粉食, 即叫即整, 哥哥也很細心, 感覺很有誠意.main course 有幾款選擇, 我當然叫牛肉, 大豬女友卻叫個魚.牛肉剛好5成, 一讚. 肉質很好, 少筋, 點少少 gravy, 真的很滿足~個魚係一袋上的, 食之前最後一刻才剪開個袋;頓時香味四溢~除了魚仲有其他海鮮.魚似有點雪味... 但其他的海鮮就好好.有點美中不足呢.不要緊, 最緊要壽星女開心, 生日快樂, 快高長大呀~

兩日前才訂位.. 所以安排不到窗旁的位置..這是比較可惜的.. 因為在進餐時欣賞不到這個大海境!店內環境不錯.. 如果餐桌與餐桌之間有多點空間會好一點..因為這裡提供的是半自助式的BRUNCH.. 出入比較狹窄!冷熱頭盤.. 小食.. 甜品款式和一般自助餐一樣..種類可能會小一點.. 但必吃的都有提供.. 還未試完所有自助食物.. 經已感覺有滿足.. 豐富得很..到了上主菜時.. 更加有驚喜.. 羊柳嫩滑.. 讚..但牛就比較一般.. 可能是全熟的關係吧..特色果汁不錯.. 味道非常清新!整體上是好的.. 服務亦不錯.. 有禮貌.. 誠懇態度.. 有時間會再來!

H One is a good choice for business lunch during the weekdays, semi-buffet style with great variety of selections of salad, parma ham, cheese and some hot dishes as well; they serve the best.For main course, I usually choose pasta, the light one as the appetizer buffet has already made me 70% full. Dessert is so so, maybe I'm really not a sweet fan. But I like to finish with coffee, before going back to work.

If you are not working in Central, you may complain about the crowds, but comparatively, it is acceptable. Just queue for appetizer might take you a few minutes, cannot really think but pick one of each plates quickly.

This restaurant is very chic, very up market and has a magnificent view of Victoria Harbour. I love the high ceilings and the comfortable seating space, very spacious! The menu is quite extensive, ranging from pizzas to pastas to seafood. It took a while for us to decide what we wanted, but when the waiter suggested oysters, we all said ‘yes’!

We were given a selection of breads, ranging from focaccia, poppy seed, cheese bread, sour dough and plain. The bread were fresh and was a great starter to a fantastic meal.

Our pre-entrée, oysters. Squeezed with a little bit of lemon, these slippery oysters were incredibly scrumptious.

H and I thought we would share an entrée, slow cooked wild salmon, chopped organic egg, watercress and herring caviar. The salmon was cooked to perfection, it was tender and succulent, the egg creamy and the combination were absolutely delightful. The watercress and herring caviar were a great compliment!

From memory, S and J ordered the salad: warm goat cheese salad with sundried tomatoes, grilled zucchini tagliatelle and walnut oil. Unfortunately I didn’t take a photo of this nor had any. S and J did say that the salad was delicious and light.

J ordered the Scampi della Nuova Zelanda scottati with seasonal mix salad. I wish I had some of this, as it looked absolutely delicious!

S, J’s lovely husband who loves the bombers as much as Hubby ordered the oven-baked dover sole with prosecco, “taggia” olives and prezzemolo sauce, asparagus and potatoes. The dover sole was de-boned and also looked amazing! Unfortunately, I forgot to ask if I could take a photo of the de-boned dover sole as I was too engrossed in my meal.

I ordered the Iberian pork chop, ravioli filled with cotechino sausage and lentils, spring onion and green peppers. The pork chop was tender and succulent, and the cotechino sausage was creamy and mild in flavour. It was a great compliment to the pork chop.

H had the USDA Certified Prime Beef fillet which was served with asparagus and roasted new potatoes. The beef was medium rare, it was tender; however I thought it was ok, nothing to rave about, and so did Hubby. My Iberian pork chop was definitely the better choice!

S had the warm melting chocolate cake with yogurt sorbert, and it oozed with chocolate which was deliciously sweet and chocolaty.

J and I both ordered soufflé. J ordered the Valrhona chocolate soufflé, served with chocolate sorbet and chocolate anglaise. (Sorry photo is a tad blurry, too much wine!)

I thoroughly enjoyed my meal, however, H thought it was just ok. Regardless, it was a great evening, with GREAT friends.

我同老婆今日去 Dinner Buffet。個場唔大,大概容納50人左右,枱同枱之間僅僅夠一個人過。靠落地玻璃海景位book唔到,但原來落地玻璃位系其中一個要背向維港的,得一個有海景看。我地坐後小小,坐張4人枱反而兩個都有海景看!所謂的Buffet原來系小型Buffet Bar + 一個主菜主菜坐低時會俾張menu你揀先...Buffet Bar 主要系冷盆,選擇不多:沙律、刺身(三文魚、甜蝦、xx貝等,少於5種)、煙三文魚、黑椒煙Tuna、生蠔、長腳蟹、cheese、Ham、Bread等。生蠔和刺身都好新鮮,但生蠔好細隻。黑椒煙Tuna好正!可能因為有主菜另外上,熱盆好少,除左個什麼什麼cream egg之外,餘下的就是三道非常普通的熱菜(不值一提)。就連湯都欠奉...但就有兩個煮面的位,一個煮意大利粉、另一個唔知系什麼粉...當然因為有主菜,里兩個counters系無人幫親既...失敗!主菜點左一道大蝦、一道蘑菇卷,都算好食!甜品大概只有十款左右,但絕對唔系自助既,系甜品部個凍櫃,要什麼阿哥仔拿俾你。芒果布甸和焦糖布甸好食。鬼佬餐廳無糖水可以理解,但連cake都欠奉就...服務員服

我同老婆今日去 Dinner Buffet。


個場唔大,大概容納50人左右,枱同枱之間僅僅夠一個人過。靠落地玻璃海景位book唔到,但原來落地玻璃位系其中一個要背向維港的,得一個有海景看
。我地坐後小小,坐張4人枱反而兩個都有海景看!


所謂的Buffet原來系小型Buffet Bar + 一個主菜
主菜坐低時會俾張menu你揀先...

Buffet Bar 主要系冷盆,選擇不多:沙律、刺身(三文魚、甜蝦、xx貝等,少於5種)、煙三文魚、黑椒煙Tuna、生蠔、長腳蟹、cheese、Ham、Bread等。生蠔和刺身都好新鮮,但生蠔好細隻。黑椒煙Tuna好正!

可能因為有主菜另外上,熱盆好少,除左個什麼什麼cream egg之外,餘下的就是三道非常普通的熱菜(不值一提)。就連湯都欠奉...但就有兩個煮面的位,一個煮意大利粉、另一個唔知系什麼粉...當然因為有主菜,里兩個counters系無人幫親既...失敗!

主菜點左一道大蝦、一道蘑菇卷,都算好食!


甜品大概只有十款左右,但絕對唔系自助既,系甜品部個凍櫃,要什麼阿哥仔拿俾你。芒果布甸和焦糖布甸好食。鬼佬餐廳無糖水可以理解,但連cake都欠奉就...

服務員服務態度好一般...


埋單連加一$540一位。個人覺得唔值...(但今晚系Full house...所以我強調系個人覺得唔值),或者應該講食buffet哩間唔會系好選擇。No photo taken, sorry.

一整片落地窗旁,我們的座位就在這裡,再加上天氣好好,美麗的維港景色一覽無遺。我和朋友選擇 Lunch Set,開胃菜中的 Chef's Counter 很受大家喜歡,還要排隊呢,整排前菜自助挑選,我當然是拿了一大盤我最愛的海鮮囉,其中一定不可以錯過的就是 Parma Ham w/Melon 了,如果妳不想吃這麼多的話,可以選別款,譬如朋友點的鱈魚奶油魚子醬,搭配薄脆的餅乾一起吃,那濃郁的口感,好香滑ㄚ~主菜我們點了煎魚排貽貝佐白酒醬汁,還有搭配肉醬和巴馬乾酪的 Home Made 義大利寬麵,這麵條我忍不住豎起大姆指說讚,煮的時間剛剛好,不失嚼勁,醬汁不會太乾也不太溼,好想再來一盤喔!
